Keine Wartezeiten wen man mit Kind kommt und erklären alles so lieb. Ein sehr guter Arzt ist aber jetzt nicht mehr privat leider.
Jetzt hat man bestimmt lange Wartezeiten.
 Get an appointment super quickly.
No waiting times when you come with a child and explain everything so nicely. Unfortunately, a very good doctor is no longer private.
Now you have to wait a long time.

Very friendly and competent. Also the ladies at the reception. Called early because of problems and was able to go the same day. Simply great. ??

Very sympathic. Professionally competent. Very thorough, exact investigations. Friendly and helpful. I can recommend it 100%. I feel very well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOP Ärztin unglaublich. Bin ohne Termin akut hin und habe nicht einmal 1 Stunde gewartet. Sie hat ein größeres Spektrum an Fachwissen als die anderen Augenärzte und ist ganz klar zu vergleichen mit einer Privatärztin, obwohl sie eine Kassenstelle übernommen hat. Ich gehe auf jeden Fall nirgendswo anders mehr hin. Ich hätte auch mehr Sterne gegeben, wenn dies möglich wäre! ??
TOP doctor incredible. I went there without an appointment and didn't even wait 1 hour. She has a broader range of specialist knowledge than the other ophthalmologists and can be clearly compared to a private doctor, even though she has taken on a health insurance office. I definitely don't go anywhere else. I would have given more stars if that were possible! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestimmt eine gute Ärztin, aber leider bekommt man als Nicht-Patient keine Möglichkeit auf einen Termin. Die Frage warum ich nicht zu einem anderen Augenarzt gehe, hat mich enttäuscht! Leider bei mir keinen freundlichen Eindruck hinterlassen.
Definitely a good doctor, but unfortunately, as a non-patient, you don't get an appointment. The question why I don't go to another ophthalmologist disappointed me! Unfortunately, I didn't leave a friendly impression on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Team und Frau Dr. Rossbacher ist sehr nett. Meine Augen wurden sehr gründlich untersucht. In der Ordination ist alles TOP. Mein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: andere Alternativen bei der Terminvergabe anbieten. Doctena Online Reservierung oder per Mail.
The team and Dr. Rossbacher is very nice. My eyes were examined very carefully. Everything is TOP in the ordination. My only suggestion for improvement: offer other alternatives when making appointments. Doctena online reservation or by email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben Dr. Rossbacher aufgrund einer Verletzung am Auge unserer Tochter (Kleinkind) aufgesucht und wurden unverzüglich, ganz selbstverständlich, geduldig, freundlich und einfühlsam von der Ärztin und dem Team behandelt (und das trotz vollem Warteraum und wenig "Kooperation" ;) unserer Tochter). Wir sind sehr dankbar dafür!! :)
We have Dr. Rossbacher was visited because of an injury to the eye of our daughter (toddler) and was treated immediately, naturally, patiently, friendly and empathetically by the doctor and the team (despite the full waiting room and little "cooperation";) our daughter). We are very grateful for that !! :)

Got an appointment on the same day at short notice in an emergency situation with an eye disease from me and my 2 year old son and when the ophthalmic clinic was overcrowded and was treated quickly and very friendly. The doctor is competent and very nice, as is the whole team. thanks
