Mir wurde ein Sehtest verweigert, mit der Aussage ich solle mich an einen Optiker wenden. Does not take time for the patient, unfriendly, one feels like in a mass processing. I was refused an eye test, saying I should contact an optician.
s	seg woast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg von dieser Ordination! Bis jetzt war ich noch bei keinem Arzt der so unverschämt war wie diese Frau. Absolut schockierend. Stay away from this ordination! Up to now I haven't been to a doctor who was as rude as this woman. Absolutely shocking.

Dr. Weiss und habe ein gut organisiertes, kompetentes und sehr freundliches Praxisteam angetroffen, Respekt! Kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen...? Da muss man einfach mal "Danke" sagen... I was in the ordination of Fr. Weiss and found a well-organized, competent and very friendly practice team, respect! Can I warmly recommend it ... ? You just have to say "thank you" ...
J	Johannes 29 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuschend! War vor 2 Jahren bereits bei Dr.Weiss, damals sehr nett, heute das genaue Gegenteil. Sie nimmt sich keine Zeit für den Patienten, man hat das Gefühl, sie wolle nur möglichst viele durchschleusen! Auf meine Frage, wie mein Augendruck ist, bekam ich die knappe Antwort "Passt schon", auf nochmaligem Nachfragen bekam ich dann "18" hingeschmissen, auf meine Bedenken hin fragte sie mich ganz süffisant, welche Werte für den Augendruck denn normal seien. Sichtlich überrascht, dass ich die Antwort wusste, tat sie das knapp ab und verweigerte das weitere Gespräch! Sie ging auf keine meiner Fragen/Bedenken/Sorgen ein und bekam dann schließlich ein Rezept, von dem ich bis heute nicht weiß, für was, denn sie erklärt ja nichts. Es scheint, als ob die Medizinerin den Berufsethos vergessen (oder womöglich nie gelernt?) hat. Überflüssig zu erwähnen, dass die äußerst unfreundliche Sprechstundenhilfe am Empfang in ihrem Job mehr als fehl am Platz ist, denn nicht nur vergibt sie frühere Termine an ihre Freunde und Bekannten, nein sie spricht auch in einer Lautstärke, dass das gesamte Wartezimmer persönlichste Daten von einem weiss. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Very disappointing! Was at Dr.Weiss 2 years ago, very nice at the time, today the opposite. She does not take time for the patient, you have the feeling that she only wants to pass through as many as possible! When I asked what my eye pressure was like, I got the short answer "Alright", when I asked again I was thrown "18", and at my concerns, she smugly asked me which values for the eye pressure were normal. Visibly surprised that I knew the answer, she narrowly dismissed it and refused to continue the conversation! She didn't answer any of my questions / concerns / worries and finally got a recipe that I still don't know for what, because she doesn't explain anything. It seems as if the medical professional has forgotten (or possibly never learned?) The professional ethic. Needless to say that the extremely unfriendly receptionist at reception is more than out of place in her job, because not only does she give previous appointments to her friends and acquaintances, she also speaks at a volume that the entire waiting room has the most personal data of one White. Absolutely not to be recommended!
O	Olga Lindenthal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sprechstundenhilfe hat bei mir ohne jegliche Erklärung oder Vorwarnung eine Augendruckmessung vorgenommen, was ich als äußerst unangenehm empfunden habe. Frau Dr. Weiss hat es anschließend geschafft + mit - bei der Rezepterstellung zu vertauschen, weswegen meine neue Brille unbrauchbar ist. Ich persönlich habe kein Vertrauen mehr in diese Ordination. The receptionist has made with me without any explanation or warning an eye pressure measurement, which I found to be extremely unpleasant. Miss Dr. Weiss then succeeded + with - in the formulation of the recipes, which is why my new glasses are useless. Personally, I no longer trust this ordination.
S	Shelly 222 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin war sehr nett und freundlich! Die Dame beim Empfang das komplette Gegenteil. Unfreundlich, genervt, man darf nichts Fragen (bekommt man eine resche Antwort zurück) usw.... Sowas ist wirklich fehl am Platz. Was ich wirklich nicht in Ordung finde ist, dass man wie schon hier erwähnt, als Familie keinen gemeinsamen Termin bekommt. Auf die Frage ob es vielleicht doch irgendwie ginge, kam ebenfalls eine schroffe Antwort zurück. Schrecklich!!! The doctor was very nice and friendly! The lady at the reception is completely the opposite. Unfriendly, annoyed, you are not allowed to ask anything (you get a quick answer back), etc. ... Something like that is really out of place. What I really don't think is okay is that, as already mentioned here, as a family, you don't get an appointment together. When asked if it might be possible somehow, there was also a harsh answer. Dreadful!!!
N	Nina Trattnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Familie bekommt man keinen gemeinsamen Termin lt. Auskunft der (nicht sehr freundlichen) Ordinationsgehilfin. Schade, die Ärztin war sehr nett und kompetent, da ich aber nicht mit jedem Kind extra zur Kontrolle gehen kann (bzw. nicht andauernd vom Arbeitsplatz fern bleiben kann nur weil ein gemeinsamer Termin nicht möglich ist) wird der Arzt gewechselt As a family, you don't get a joint appointment according to the (not very friendly) ordination assistant. It's a shame, the doctor was very nice and competent, but since I can't go to the extra check-up with every child (or can not stay away from work all the time just because a common appointment is not possible) the doctor is changed

Es wird überhaupt nicht auf einen eingegangen und von Sensibilität kann nicht die Rede sein! Auch schwerwiegende Krankheiten in der Vergangenheit werden einfach abgetan. Diese Ärztin ist nicht zu empfehlen! Office hours help and the doctor are very unfriendly and out of place in their job. You are not dealt with at all and there can be no talk of sensitivity! Serious illnesses in the past are also simply dismissed. This doctor is not recommended!
