Trotz starker Schmerzen und vorheriger Terminvereinbarung nach langer Wartezeit wieder nach Hause geschickt. Da zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch kein anderer Zahnarzt Dienst hatte, bestand für Patienten ohne eigenes Fahrzeug nicht einmal die Möglichkeit die Schmerzen andernorts behandeln zu lassen. Auch die Frage nach einem Alternativarzt konnte vom Personal nicht beantwortet werden. Leider absolut inkompetent und nicht zu empfehlen! ?? Can only join the other "1-star" rating only. Unreliable hits the nail on the head! Despite severe pain and prior appointment after a long wait sent back home. Since no other dentist was on duty at this time, patients without their own vehicle did not even have the option of having the pain treated elsewhere. The question of an alternative doctor could not be answered by the staff. Unfortunately absolutely incompetent and not recommended! ??

Bereue es gar nicht, den Zahnarzt gewechselt zu haben, da ich vorher Zahnarztangst hatte. I am very satisfied, fast appointments, no long waiting times and extremely dear assistants - and Mrs. Doctor is really nice. Do not regret having changed the dentist, because I had previously dental fear.
