Habe angerufen weil meine Tochter Zahnschmerzen hatte, da wird man gleich angemotz und da hätte sie mit schmerzen eine Woche warten müssen... Frechheit!!!!!!!!! Die Damen beim Empfang sollten sich meiner Meinung nach einen anderen Beruf suchen, wo sie nicht mit Patienten in Kontakt kommen! The helpers are so rude! I called because my daughter had a toothache, you will be pissed off and she would have had to wait a week with pain ... Cheek !!!!!!!!! In my opinion, the ladies at the reception should look for another profession where they do not come into contact with patients!
S	SevdaOez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also wie man hier durch den Bewertungen sehen kann, waren wir nicht die Einzigen, die des öfteren von dieser Frau an der Anmeldung angemotzt wurden. Ein Bsp. obwohl ich den Termin den wir hatten 1 1/2 Wochen vorher verschieben wollte, lachte die Dame am Telefon spöttisch und hat mir Vorwürfe gemacht, dass das schon sehr "kurzfristig" sei und was sie denn jetzt machen soll. Bei der neuen Terminvergabe passte ihr auch nichts. Die ist echt fehl am Platz. So etwas unfreundliches habe ich echt schon lange nicht mehr erlebt und ich bin echt ein sehr geduldiger Mensch! Ich werde definitiv kein Fuß mehr in diese Praxis setzten!! As you can see from the reviews here, we weren't the only ones who were often pestered by this woman at the registration. An example, although I wanted to postpone the appointment we had 1 1/2 weeks in advance, the lady on the phone laughed mockingly and reproached me for the fact that it was very "short-term" and what she should do now. Nothing suited her with the new appointment. It's really out of place. I haven't seen anything so unfriendly in a long time and I'm a very patient person! I will definitely not set foot in this practice anymore !!

Meine Frage wie werde ich bei euch Patient ?!! So I called because I was in a lot of pain and was asked if I was a patient with you, since I have just moved to Austria from Germany, I haven't had a dentist here yet and the lady on the phone said, so yes, no then it won't work. you must be a patient here! My question, how do I become a patient with you? !!
M	Maria S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War ca. 10 Jahre nicht mehr beim Zahnarzt aufgrund einer massiven Phobie und wurde sehr professionell empfangen und behandelt. Ohne Vorwürfe, Beleidigung oder ähnliches. Der Arzt war sehr sachlich und einfühlsam und ohne lange zu diskutieren wurde behandelt. Verständnisvoll und mega entspannt lief es ab, obwohl ich ein Nervenbündel war. Bisher musste ich nie länger als 5 min. warten. Auch die Zahnhygiene wurde einfühlsam und sorgfältig durchgeführt. Selbst wenn Schmerzpatienten "eingeschoben" werden, verläuft es in den Praxisräumen ruhig. Man bekommt alles erklärt und erläutert. Top-Team und Top-Praxis! Wasn't at the dentist for about 10 years due to a massive phobia and was received and treated very professionally. Without reproach, insult or anything like that. The doctor was very factual and empathetic and treated without long discussions. It was understanding and mega relaxed, although I was a bundle of nerves. So far I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Dental hygiene was also carried out sensitively and carefully. Even when pain patients are "pushed in", the practice rooms are quiet. You get everything explained and explained. Top team and top practice!
P	Petra Szwed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Telefon sehr unfreundlich man wird abgefertigt, dann wird einfach aufgelegt ohne sich zu verabschieden. Man hat nicht einmal die Möglichkeit etwas zu fragen. Very rude on the phone, you are dealt with, then they just hang up without saying goodbye. You don't even have the opportunity to ask anything.
