Kurze Wartezeiten auf einen Termin und auch im Wartezimmer sitzt man nicht lange sondern kommt zügig dran. Im Akutfall kann man meist am selben Tag kommen, einfach super! Die Dame am Empfang ist auch sehr freundlich! Bianca Raith I've been to the very nice doctor a few times. You feel very comfortable in the practice. Short waiting times for an appointment and you don't sit long in the waiting room, you get to it quickly. In an acute case, you can usually come on the same day, just great! Nie wieder dorthin I was dealt with quickly and felt unwelcome. The diagnosis was unfriendly and without empathy. And thank goodness wrong. Never go there again
L	Lilian L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is my ex doctor.Kind woman but this kind of checking I dont like.You have a feeling like you are a number ,not a human beaing.She is so fast and everything is so fast there.It can not be that everything is so perfect eirh me within 7 years that I shouldnt get any result and any small preventive therapy advice,if we know that all women are sensitive in this part and that just babies are without any infection over there.So,I changed her and I wouldnt reccomand .When she decided to invent payment with 50euro at least, she lost a lot.Because if we are paying,we will pay at least very good or the best doctor for our health.We are not toys.

Dr. Lorenz gave my wife unfriendly "commands" and even got mad at her since my wife was a bit scared. I think, to become a gynecologist, you must understand people and be a little bit friendly. And you shall not harass your patients with your words. It is not a community service, people pay for this service. They do not pay you to be harassed by you. My wife is really sad since some weeks now. We do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

She will make you feel very comfortable and will explain everything she is doing and why it needs to be done. I am very grateful that she did not mind the fact that I am not fluent in German and just got on with the appointment.

Also the dates are not fixed, you wait despite appointments half an hour and often an hour. Personally, I perceive the Ordinaton as very pretentious, and so does the lady at the reception. When I was pregnant, I had to ask for confirmation myself, instead of getting a confirmation of the pregnancy immediately after the examination, as is usual with other doctors. The receptionist is also very dissatisfied with her profession and then, if you point out to her that certain documents have still not arrived where they should after the third time urging, she was very very rude. I can NOT recommend this doctor and the whole team. What is still interesting, three ladies from my circle of friends told me similar experiences . I can NOT recommend this doctor and the whole team. What's more interesting, three friends of mine told me about similar experiences and then also changed the doctor, although we didn't even know that we all went to the same gynecologist.
