★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste zwar lange auf meinen Ersttermin warten, jedoch war ich dann umso positiver überrascht. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Ärztin. Hört mir zu und nimmt sich Zeit.
Auch ein Lob an die Damen im Empfang, sehr angenehm mit ihnen zu reden. Sehr kompetent! Werde nicht mehr wechseln und bei ihr bleiben!
 I had to wait a long time for my first appointment, but then I was all the more positively surprised. Very friendly and warm doctor. Listen to me and take your time.
Also a compliment to the ladies in reception, very pleasant to talk to. Very competent! Will not change anymore and stay with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sympathische und nette Ärztin. Wirkt sehr interessiert und beantwortet auch alle Fragen verständlich. Ich hab nur 15 Minuten im Wartezimmer warten müssen bis ich dran gekommen bin, wobei das natürlich immer unterschiedlich ist je nach Situation. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.
Very personable and nice doctor. Appears very interested and answers all questions in an understandable way. I only had to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room before it was my turn, although of course it always varies depending on the situation. I can highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and rude doctor, very fast, doesn't listen to the patient and doesn't explain anything either.... she skipped checking my breast and doing an ultrasound saying that most probably I have nothing so I don't need it (we're talking here about a general checkup which includes those normal checks!!!!) .. I don't recommend her to anybody, even the one star is too much for her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only recommend this doctor! She's very professional, fast, she has no issues speaking English and most important she introduced me the IUD kyleena with no issues. I went right after the insertion to the office by bike, no pain at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Dr. Baumgartner, I have been seeing her for years and I'm happy with the interaction, it's always nice and polite, she asks questions, very gracefully puts up with my broken German, but also speaks English. But the appointment system they have is simply disrespectful to patients! I had an appointment at 9:50, there were 8 people already in the waiting room when I arrived, and 2 hours later I'm still waiting...I work full-time, I need to trust that if I have a appointment it will happen at the scheduled time, I plan my whole working day around that. Today I had to cancel a meeting because I was waiting for hours at the gynecologist! I don't mind waiting 30 min, but 2 hours is simply not acceptable! And this happens every single time (nothing to do with COVID19)! So please either stop calling them "appointments", and have a first come first served system, or properly space them out! I don't want to have to choose between my job and my health every time I make an "appointment ". Learn the meaning of the word or stop using it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read a lot of unpleasant reviews here about the doctor, and I already had unpleasant expectations when I went there. But the doctor turned out to be very polite and sweet to me, I felt comfortable during the examination. Plus, I always have problems when I need to do a blood test, my veins are not easy to see, but the nurses was so amazingly sweet and patient to me, when I almost fainted during the blood test they took care of me and just... did what normal doctors had to do, they were very caring. To all my foreign people out there reading this - don't be afraid, go there :) If you are nice and polite, you will get same back ❤️
