Makler hat sich sehr f mich eingesetzt, Preis verhandelt, mich zu einem sehr guten Notar geschickt und hat sogar weniger als das "branchenübliche" Honorar bei mir verlangt! HAt sich echt ausgezahlt! I know 100 brokers in Vienna, all of them shit.... Then I came to Capella by chance and was pleasantly surprised. Realtor did a great job for me, negotiated the price, sent me to a very good notary and even asked me for less than the "customary" fee! Has really paid off!
