Frau Dr. Scheller und Herr Dr, Steingassner haben das Herz am richtigen Fleck und das Können im Kopf und in den Händen. Für mich kommt niemals mehr als erster eine OP in Frage sondern als erstes der Anruf genau in dieser Ordination. Ich wünsche dem Team alles Gute und würde immer wieder kommen!!! Miss Dr. Scheller and Mr. Dr, Steingassner have the heart in the right place and the skills in the head and in the hands. Die eine Tierärztin weiß nicht was die andere bespricht, beim gleichen Tier und geben unterschiedliche Aussagen. Fehldiagnose und Kostenuntransparenz. Es wird einem versucht Hauseigene Produkte und Leistungen zu verkaufen, die nicht nötig sind. Friendly, clean, good opening times, but that's about it. Poor communication in the team. One veterinarian does not know what the other is discussing for the same animal and make different statements. Misdiagnosis and cost transparency. One tries to sell in-house products and services that are not necessary.

Unser 18jähriger Hund Jojo hatte an einem Samstag Todesschmerzen, dennoch ist sie sofort ins Auto gesprungen und war binnen 1h da, auch wenn unser Hund eingeschläfert wurden musste. Dreamlike vet. Our 18 year old dog Jojo had death pain on a Saturday, but she jumped into the car immediately and was there within 1 hour, even if our dog had to be put to sleep.

Ich fühlte mich großartig betreut, auch wenn der Anlass traurig war. Morgen geht's zur Kontrolle mit meinem Katerbuben Whisky! A wonderful and empathetic vet. Even came specially on vacation so I could say goodbye to my sick cat girl. I felt wonderfully looked after, even if the occasion was sad. Tomorrow I'm going to have my hangover whiskey checked!

Supernettes Team, einfühlsam (danke für alles Anfang des Jahres), freundlich und jedes Mal eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Schön zu sehen, wenn man den Kater abholt, dieser schon wieder zum Spielen aufgelegt ? auch er hat mir nur Gutes während meiner Abwesenheit "erzählt". Also wenns wieder zum TA geht, dann nur dort hin. Was already here with my old cat, now the 1st visit with my "newcomer". Super nice team, empathetic (thanks for everything at the beginning of the year), friendly and quick feedback every time. Nice to see when you pick up the cat, he is already hung up to play again ? he too only "told" me good things during my absence. So if it goes back to the vet, then just go there.
R	Rikki S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine wirklich nette Tierärztin, die sich auch Zeit für ihre Patienten nimmt und auf die Besitzer eingeht! Ich habe eindeutig eine neue Ärztin für meine Meeris gefunden! Auch wenn ich -zum Wohl meiner Tiere - hoffe, dass ich nicht oft hin muss! ?? A really nice vet who also takes time for her patients and cares for the owners! I have definitely found a new doctor for my Meeris! Even if - for the sake of my animals - I hope that I don't have to go there often! ??

Die Wunde meiner Katze wurde aber nichts ernst genommen und der Teil der Kruste einfach "weggezupft". Ohne Info wurde ein geriatrisches Profil gemacht und eine ordentliche Rechnung gelegt. Fazit: anderer Tierarzt und dort wurde wirklich untersucht - Resultat bei meiner Katze - Hautkrebs. Seitdem nicht mehr da, kein Vertrauen in die Behandlung. It's been a while since I saw Fr. Dr. Scheller was. My cat's wound was not taken seriously and part of the crust was simply "plucked away". Without any information, a geriatric profile was made and a proper invoice was submitted. Conclusion: another vet and there was really examined - result in my cat - skin cancer. Since then no longer there, no trust in the treatment.
