Wartezeit dann noch 11/2 Stunden, und der Hammer ist, bei Nachfrage wie lange es noch dauert ist, das man von der Ordinationshilfe eine nicht sehr freundliche Antwort bekommt. Liebe Patienten, sucht euch einen anderen Arzt! Auch wir Patienten haben die Zeit nicht gestohlen, der Aufenthalt hat einen 1/2 Arbeitstag gekostet. Appointment agreed more than 2 months in advance. Went to the practice punctually at 9.30. Waiting time then another 11/2 hours, and the awesome thing is, when asked how long it will still be, the ordination aid does not give you a very friendly answer. Dear patients, look for another doctor! We patients did not steal the time either, the stay cost 1/2 working day.
J	Julia Klingler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin um 12.15 Uhr gehabt, um 13.30 Uhr war ich noch nicht dran - habe dann die Ordination ohne Behandlung verlassen! Die Ordinationsassistentin war sehr freundlich und meinte, dass es normal sei, trotz Termin 1-1,5Std zu warten. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, wär ich zu einem anderen HNO Arzt gegangen! Wenn man viel Zeit hat, sicherlich empfehlenswerte Ärztin, ansonsten auf alle fälle einen anderen HNO Arzt aufsuchen!! I had an appointment at 12.15 p.m., at 1.30 p.m. I wasn't there yet - then I left the ordination without treatment! The ordination assistant was very friendly and said that it was normal to wait 1-1.5 hours despite the appointment. If I had known that, I would have gone to another ENT doctor! If you have a lot of time, certainly a recommendable doctor, otherwise see another ENT doctor in any case !!
B	Britta Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Praxis mit sehr kompetenter Ärztin. Wir waren in unserem Österreichurlaub mit unserem Sohn in der Praxis. Auch ohne Termin sind wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit aufgerufen worden. Es wurde uns super unkompliziert und wirklich sehr gewissenhaft und professionell geholfen. Obwohl wir deutsche Urlauber waren. Wir können diese Praxis sehr empfehlen. Great practice with a very competent doctor. We were in our Austria vacation with our son in practice. Even without an appointment, we were called within a short time. It was super uncomplicated and really very conscientious and professional. Although we were German tourists. We can highly recommend this practice.

Ja gut es ist länger zum Warten aber das ist mir wo anders auch oft passiert und wenn man selbst dran war wurde man in 2 Minuten abgespeist. Das ganze Team mega freundlich jeder hört einem zu und Fr Krontaler geht den Problemen auf den Grund. Wurde mir von meiner Schwester empfohlen da sie auch so zufrieden ist!!! Has rarely been treated so well (not even by private doctors). Yes, well it is longer to wait but that happened to me often elsewhere and if it was your turn you were fobbed off in 2 minutes. The whole team is super friendly, everyone listens to you and Fr Krontaler gets to the bottom of the problem. Was recommended to me by my sister because she is so satisfied too!
