Die Praxis ist stilvoll und modern eingerichtet, die medizinischen Geräte sind auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Möglichkeit, dass zur Diagnose von Schlafproblemen ein mobiles Schlaflabor zur Verfügung steht, mit dem die Untersuchung ohne großen Aufwand oder Wartezeitenerfolgen kann. Das gesamte Team der Ordination, das den Hörtest bzw. Allergietest durchführt, ist ebenfalls herausragend. Very good and competent ENT doctor who takes a lot of time to discuss the findings. The practice is stylish and modern, and the medical equipment is state-of-the-art. It should also be emphasized that a mobile sleep laboratory is available for diagnosing sleep problems, with which the examination can be carried out without great effort or waiting times. Die Empfangsdame sehr nett und aufmerksam Der Arzt sehr kompetent und die Untersuchungen sind mehr wie gründlich, man fühlt sich gleich richtig gut aufgehoben. Hier wird man auch wirklich ernst genommen mit den Problemen, die man hat. Bin wirklich mehr als zufrieden. Was so pleased with the doctor that this is my first time writing a review for a doctor. The receptionist very nice and attentive The doctor is very competent and the examinations are more like thorough, you immediately feel that you are in good hands. Nach einer ausführlichen Anamnese habe ich erfahren, was (im Gegensatz zu meinem bisherigen HNO) alles an Untersuchungen möglich ist und wie symptomübergreifend hier behandelt und gedacht wird. Es wirkte sehr professionell und Fragen wurde ausführlich beantwortet. Oft fühlt man sich von Ärzten abgefertigt - hier ist das Gegenteil der Fall, ich habe (als Kassenpatientin) mehr an Leistung erhalten als ich erwartet habe und mich durchgehend gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Von mir eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung Consulted a doctor on recommendation - get an appointment very quickly. You feel comfortable and welcome right away. After taking a detailed anamnesis, I learned what examinations are possible (in contrast to my previous ENT) and how we treat and think across symptoms here. It looked very professional and questions were answered in detail. Often you feel like a doctor - the opposite is the case here, I (as a statutory health insurance patient) received more benefits than I expected and felt that I was in good hands throughout. An unreserved recommendation from me
b	berni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab noch nie eine Rezension bei einem Arzt geschrieben, aber hier scheint es mir angebracht: sehr schnell einen Termin bekommen, freundliches Personal, schöne moderne Praxis mit einem Spielbereich für Kinder, kurze Wartezeiten. Dr. Kral nimmt sich viel Zeit für die Patienten und erklärt auch für Laien sehr verständlich. Ich kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Have never written a review at a doctor, but here it seems appropriate to me: get an appointment very quickly, friendly staff, nice modern practice with a play area for children, short waiting times. Dr. Kral takes a lot of time for the patients and explains in a very understandable way for lay people. I can recommend him without reservation!

Erst jetzt habe ich dadurch erfahren können das sich eine zyste auf der schilddrüse befindet sowie einigen Allergien die unentdeckt bisher waren. Ich bin so dankbar das es den Herrn Dr Kral gibt, ab jetzt werde ich mich nur mehr dort behandeln lassen bei HNO beschwerden. Danke euch vielmals!! ❤❤ Once Dr Kral, always Dr Kraal! For the first time I was put under the microscope by an ENT doctor, including an ultrasound examination and an allergy test. Only now have I been able to find out that there is a cyst on the thyroid gland and some allergies that were previously undetected. z	zeina azem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45 Minuten trotz Termin gewartet. Untersuchung dauerte 3 Minuten, extreme Überheblichkeit. Kann mit Kindern nicht umgehen. Mein Kind hat sich auf meinem Schoß wenig bewegt. Das hat dem Arzt gereicht, um die Untersuchung innerhalb einer Sekunde zu unterbrechen und uns auf die Klinik zu schicken. Einmal und nie wieder. Waited 45 minutes despite having an appointment. Investigation lasted 3 minutes, extreme hubris. Can't handle children. My child moved very little on my lap. That was enough for the doctor to interrupt the examination within a second and send us to the clinic. Once and never again.
