Auch noch haben Sie mein Termin vergessen oder falsch eingetragen und Sie waren so irritiert mit mir, obwohl nicht mein Fehler war. Ich habe Ihnen die Bestätigung per Email gezeigt.
Ich musste viel länger als geplant warten. Solche Erfahrungen machen manche Menschen sehr traurig.
They treated me very rudely because I didn't know that only cash could be paid. I was hoping that a private doctor would receive her new customers in a friendly, patient and empathic manner.
You also forgot my appointment or entered it incorrectly and you were so irritated with me, although it was not my fault. I showed you the confirmation by email.
I had to wait a lot longer than planned. Such experiences make some people very sad.
