Ich nenne das unterlassene Hilfeleistung! We got there as an emergency because my pregnant wife was in a lot of pain and we were turned down at the registration! ??? I call this failure to provide assistance!

Jedes Mal wenn ich komme muss ich oft über ne Stunde warten bis ich drankomme. The doctors are really great but you have to annoy because you have to wait really long and some ladies are extremely preferred ... Every time I come I often have to wait over an hour until I get there.

Man möchte sich einen Termin ausmachen zur Kontrolle und man wird darauf hingewiesen zum Hausarzt zu gehen, der überhaupt nichts mit dem Anliegen zu tun hat. Absolutely unfriendly and condescending receptionist. You want to make an appointment to check and you are advised to go to the family doctor who has nothing to do with the issue.

Jedoch könnte das Ordinationsteam etwas netter mit Patientinnen umgehen, da ich mich jedes Mal fürchten muss, am Telefon angeschrien zu werden wenn ich einen akuten Termin brauche. I feel with Dr. Dinhof in good hands and very well. However, the ordination team could treat patients a little nicer, as I have to fear being shouted at the phone every time I need an acute appointment.
S	Sani Zo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr von der Ärztin (Dr. Gettinger) begeistert. Sie ist sehr einfühlsam und freundlich. Jedoch gibt es ein fettes Minus: Die Arzthelferinnen! Noch nie habe ich solche arroganten, unfreundlichen, respektlosen Arzthelferinnen gesehen. Trotz Termin muss man mind. 1 Stunde warten und das nur weil die Damen nicht fähig sind, einen normalen Terminkalender zu führen. Jeder weis wohl, dass man nicht nach 5-10 Minuten wieder rauskommt und wenn man sich dann beschwert, dass man schon seid 1 Stunde da sitzt, petzen sie es der Ärztin. Die Damen kommen auch sehr unmotiviert rüber. Die Ordination ist meiner Meinung nach völlig in Ordnung, nur sollte man sich eine Lösung für das WC ausdenken. Viel zu eng, ich frage mich immer, wie eine stärkere oder schwangere Dame das meistert. Fazit: Ordi und Ärztin gut, Arzthelferinnen unbedingt austauschen. Die machen die Ordination schlecht. I am very enthusiastic about the doctor (Dr. Gettinger). She is very empathetic and friendly. However, there is a big minus: The medical assistants! I have never seen such arrogant, unfriendly, disrespectful medical assistants. Despite the appointment you have to wait at least 1 hour and that's only because the ladies are not able to keep a normal appointment calendar. Everyone knows that you can't get out after 5-10 minutes and if you then complain that you've been sitting there for 1 hour, they tell the doctor. The ladies come across as very unmotivated. In my opinion, the ordination is perfectly fine, but you should think of a solution for the toilet. Way too tight, I always wonder how a stronger or pregnant lady copes with it. Conclusion: Ordi and doctor good, doctor's assistants must be exchanged. They make the ordination bad.
M	Manuela Kouba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde diesen Arzt keiner einzigen Frau auf diesen Planeten empfehlen.. man fühlt sich wie ein Stück Dreck behandelt, wird gebeten sich in einer Art Abstellraum frei zu machen, und wartet dort entblößt während der Herr liebe Doktor eine andere Patientin behandelt..(um die 10 min.) mmh nein danke nie wieder! Null Einfühlvermögen, 2 Stunden Wartezeit trotz eines Termines, und bei Notfall bei Verdacht einer FG durfte man ebenfalls eine Stunde sitzen. Unfreundliches Personal, sehr veraltete Praxis.. Übrigens, hängen überall Fotos von den Babys bei denen Herr Dr. begleitet hat, aber das ist Geschmackssache. I would not recommend this doctor to any woman on this planet .. you feel treated like a piece of dirt, you are asked to free yourself in a kind of storage room and wait there bared while the doctor is treating another patient .. (um the 10 min.) mmh no thanks never again! Zero empathy, 2 hours waiting in spite of an appointment, and in an emergency if you suspect an FG, you were also allowed to sit for an hour. Rude staff, very outdated practice .. By the way, there are photos of the babies where Dr. accompanied, but that's a matter of taste.

Während meiner Schwangerschaft habe ich mich von Ihr sehr gut versorgt gefühlt da Sie sich wirklich Zeit nimmt, Tipps gibt und immer super gut gelaunt ist also den Stress merkt man dieser Frau nicht an. Dr. Gettinger is a very good and experienced doctor who makes you feel very comfortable. During my pregnancy I felt very well taken care of by her because she really takes her time, gives tips and is always in a good mood so you don't notice the stress in this woman.
