Da mein Augenarzt nicht Dienst hatte fuhr ich zu Dr. Mikosch, mit der Hoffnung Hilfe zu erhalten. Ich wurde aber eiskalt abgewiesen, da ich nicht Patientin von ihr war und nicht in Andritz wohnhaft. Es hieß Aufnahmesperre. Ich wollte nur Hilfe für diese Entzündung, nicht mehr. Wenn ich angerufen hätte vorher, und sie weist much ab, ok. Aber nicht, wenn ich direkt in die Ordination komme, die Assistentin sieht, dass das Gesicht nur noch rot auf der rechten Seite ist und das Auge stark geschwollen, und ich schmerzverzehrt kaum sprechen konnte und verzweifelt war. Das fällt für mich unter: " unterlassene Hilfeleistung!" schlimm, dass man so mit Patienten umgeht. I came to the ordination on July 9th, 2018 with severe corneal inflammation. Since my ophthalmologist was not on duty, I drove to Dr. Mikosh, hoping to get help. But I was turned down coldly because I was not a patient of hers and I do not live in Andritz. It was called admission lock. I just wanted help with this inflammation, nothing more. If I had called beforehand and she rejects a lot, ok. But not when I come straight to the ordination, the assistant sees that the face is only red on the right side and the eye is badly swollen, and I could hardly speak and I was desperate. For me that falls under: "Failure to provide assistance!" it's bad that you treat patients like that.
