C	Catharine Valor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sprechstundenhilfe: arrogant, unfähig, inkompetent, unhöfflich, dreißt und letztklassig! 1.) Wenn die Dame meint sie macht jetzt Mittag, also dann genau dann wenn ihr es passt ist es scheinbar UNMÖGLICH die paar Minuten Arbeitszeit noch auszufüllen, bis die offizielle Mittagspause beginnt. 2.) Freundlichkeit oder Hilfsbereitschaft ist diesem Wesen fremd. Mich wundert es nur wie man so agieren kann (darf), wenn man in einem sozialen Beruf arbeitet - oder halt so tut als ob. 3.) Weiters konnte man dort keinen Dr.med;Mag.pharm. o.a vor ihrem Namen lesen - von daher frag ich mich schon wer ihr das Recht gegeben hat über Rezept und Rezeptblock zu entscheiden? UNGLAUBLICH - musste für die Medikamente meines Opa`s die eigenes von dem Arzt verschrieben wurden - wieder gehen. Warum können nicht alle Schuster einfach bei ihren Leisten bleiben. Woher diese "Plötzliche Übereifrigkeit" kommt ist mir ein Rätsel, sonst ist man dort eher nicht wirklich an Arbeit interessiert - was ja keine Kunst ist wenn es keine Alternativen gibt. Pfft! Consultation hours: arrogant, incompetent, inconceivable, thirty and last-rate! 1.) If the lady thinks she's having lunch now, then exactly when it suits you, it is apparently IMPOSSIBLE to fill in the few minutes of work time until the official lunch break begins. 2.) Friendliness or helpfulness is foreign to this being. I am only surprised how you can act like this if you work in a social profession - or just pretend. 3.) Furthermore, there was no Dr.med; Mag.pharm. Read above in front of her name - so I wonder who gave her the right to decide on the recipe and recipe block? INCREDIBLE - had to go again for my grandpa's medication which was prescribed by the doctor. Why can't all cobblers just stick to their lasts? Where this "sudden overzealousness" comes from is a mystery to me, otherwise you are not really interested in work there - which is not an art if there are no alternatives. Pfft!

Deshalb bin ich noch trauriger darüber dass er im Sommer in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand geht ? A very good, friendly and competent doctor with a lot of sensitivity! That's why I'm even sadder that he is going to retire well in the summer ?

Wartezeit ist leider oft relativ lange (ich rechne zur Sicherheit immer 1-1,5 Stunden ein). A very good and friendly family doctor who also likes to take time for you. Unfortunately, the waiting time is often relatively long (I always calculate 1-1.5 hours to be on the safe side).

Ob nun der Arzt oder das System an sich was dafür kann, sei dahingestellt, aber mehr als 2 Stunden Warten bei akuter Krankheit mit hustenden und schnupfenden Mitbürgern in einem Raum, ist eine Zumutung. The waiting time here is simply INTRACTABLE. It remains to be seen whether the doctor or the system itself can do anything for it, but waiting more than 2 hours in acute illness with coughing and sniffing fellow citizens in one room is an imposition.
S	Samy Khiari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt ist Super, Sprechstundenhilfe hat sich verbessert, ist wahrscheinlich wegen den vielen Patienten überlastet, was verständlich ist. Wartezeiten haben sich sehr zum positiven verbessert, kann ich jetzt nur weiter empfehlen, aber es ist ein Aufnahme stop wg. vielen Patienten, was auch bei der guten Qualität des Herrn Dr. Kurt Hlavacek verständlich ist, da er zu den wenigen guten Ärzten gehört die einem mal richtig zuhören und nicht einfach "Abfertigen" wollen !!! Daher 5 Sterne Ps: Danke dem gesamten Team für die freundliche Unterstützung, da es ab und zu Nörgler gibt, die nicht verstehen das manche personne vorgeh lassen werden, da es sich um Vertreter u. andere Personen handelt, und keineswegs um Patienten die sich vor drängen...! Das Team handelt in solch einem Fall sehr professionell, und erstickt eskalierungen ruhig und professionell, ??? bravo an die Damen der Aufnahme, Mfg K(h)iari Samy ??? Doctor is super, receptionist has improved, is probably overloaded because of the many patients, which is understandable. Waiting times have improved a lot for the better, I can only recommend now, but it is a recording stop wg. many patients, which is also the case with the good quality of Dr. Ing. Kurt Hlavacek is understandable, because he is one of the few good doctors who listen to a right time and not just "dispatch" want! Therefore 5 stars Ps: Thanks to the entire team for the friendly support, since there are now and then complainers who do not understand that some people are going to happen, as it is representatives u. other people are involved, and by no means to patients who are pushing ...! The team acts in such a case very professionally, and stifles escalations calmly and professionally, ??? bravo to the ladies of the recording, Kind regards K (h) iari Samy ???
