Offensichtlich hat sie nicht gemerkt, dass sie nicht mit ihrem Hund oder mit ihrem kleinen Bruder sondern mit einem Kunde redet. Die Frau Dr. Lassacher arbeitet aber -zumindest in meiner Augen- sehr genau und professionell. I found the assistant's dealings with me to be unfriendly and instructive. Apparently she didn't notice that she wasn't talking to her dog or her little brother but to a customer. The Mrs. Lassacher works - at least in my eyes - very precisely and professionally.

Die Zahnärztin nimmt sich viel Zeit für ihre Patienten und beratet sehr gut. Die Wartezeiten sind zudem sehr kurz. Die beste Zahnärztin bei der ich je war! Highly recommended dentist! Beautiful, modern-style surgery with a relaxed atmosphere. The whole team is very friendly and competent! The dentist takes a lot of time for her patients and advises very well. The waiting times are also very short. The best dentist I've ever been to!
J	Johann Kleinszig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Praxis im gesamten finde ich richtig toll eingerichtet, nette chillige Musik während des Aufenthaltes, freundliche Empfangsdame und vor allem muss man betonen sehr kompetentes Personal. Ich hatte wirklich Top Mundhygiene zudem war auch die Zahnarztassistentin, sehr nett, vorsichtig und hat die weitere Vorgehensweise immer erklärt. Nach der Mundhygiene wurde ich von Dr. Lassacher nochmals kontrolliert. Im Zuge der Kontrolle hatte ich noch eine Frage bzgl. meiner verfärbten Zähne, welche Möglichkeit es hier gibt um die Verfärbung zu reduzieren, hier wurde mir das Bleaching empfohlen, ich wurde top beraten und somit hatte ich beschlossen, dies einmal zu "testen". Bei meinem Bleaching-Termin, hatte ich wieder die gleiche positive Erfahrung. Die Assistentin, klärte mich wieder auf und nach ca. 45 Min. war die Behandlung beendet und meine verfärbten Zähne wurden um ganze 6 Verfärbungsstufen verbessert -> Ich bin TOP zufrieden :-) DANKE an das ganze Team I think the practice as a whole is really well furnished, nice chilled music during the stay, friendly receptionist and above all, very competent staff. I had really top oral hygiene and the dental assistant was also very nice, careful and always explained how to proceed. After the oral hygiene I was welcomed by Dr. Lassacher checked again. In the course of the control I had a question about my discolored teeth, what options are there to reduce the discoloration. Here I was recommended whitening, I was given top advice and so I decided to "test" it once. At my whitening appointment, I had the same positive experience again. The assistant explained to me again and after about 45 minutes the treatment was over and my discolored teeth were improved by a total of 6 levels of discoloration -> I am TOP satisfied :-) THANK YOU to the whole team
B	Bernhard Kolm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war Ende November 2020 das erste Mal bei Frau Dr. Lassacher (wegen eines Umzugs suchte ich eine neue Zahnärztin) und was soll ich sagen, ich könnte mir keine bessere Zahnärztin vorstellen. Ich habe innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen Termin bekommen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle zusammen unglaublich freundlich und man merkt, dass sie wirklich wissen was sie machen. Angefangen von der unglaublich netten Empfangsdame bis hin zur Zahnärztin und ihren Kolleginnen selbst, sind alle stets freundlich, kompetent und gehen auf alle Wünsche ein. Jegliche Fragen und Unklarheiten (welche man beim Zahnarzt sicher öfter hat) werden freundlich beantwortet, sodass man sich wirklich „wohl fühlt“ (sofern man das so bei einem Zahnarzt ausdrücken kann). Man merkt auch, dass sich die Zahnärztin und ihre Kolleginnen für einen Zeit nehmen und man nicht einfach nur so „abgefertigt“ wird. Egal was gemacht wird, es wird immer erklärt was genau gemacht wird und warum das notwendig ist. Ich musste bis jetzt nie länger als maximal 5 Minuten warten, die vereinbarten Termine werden stets eingehalten. Alles in Allem kann ich Frau Dr. Lassacher und ihre Kolleginnen wirklich nur jedem empfehlen. Meines Erachtens die beste Zahnärztin (das ganze Team natürlich miteingeschlossen) bei der ich jemals war. At the end of November 2020, I was with Dr. Lassacher (I was looking for a new dentist because I was moving) and what can I say, I couldn't imagine a better dentist. I got an appointment within a very short time. The employees are all incredibly friendly and you can tell that they really know what they are doing. From the incredibly nice receptionist to the dentist and her colleagues themselves, everyone is always friendly, competent and cater to all requests. Any questions and ambiguities (which you will probably have more often at the dentist) are answered in a friendly manner, so that you really "feel good" (if you can express it that way at a dentist). You can also tell that the dentist and her colleagues take their time for a while and that you are not just being “processed”. No matter what is done, it is always explained what exactly is being done and why it is necessary. Until now I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, the agreed appointments are always kept. All in all, I can thank Dr. I really recommend Lassacher and her colleagues to everyone. In my opinion the best dentist (including the whole team, of course) I have ever been to.

Die Atmosphäre in der Ordination ist sehr angenehm, alle Assistentinnen und auch die Frau Doktor selbst sind sehr nett und wirken kompetent. Gute Beratung und es wird einem immer mitgeteilt was gerade gemacht wird. Beste Zahnarzterfahrung, die ich je hatte! Was looking for a new dentist, was accepted immediately and got an appointment within 2 weeks. The atmosphere in the ordination is very pleasant, all assistants and the doctor herself are very nice and seem competent. Good advice and you will always be told what is being done. Best dentist experience I've ever had!

Ich wurde in einer äußert schicken Ordination sehr freundlich und professionell empfangen. Die Mundhygiene empfand ich als gründlich und weniger unangenehm als befürchtet. Ich habe Tipps zur Zahnpflege bekommen und meine Zähne wurden im Anschluss noch von Frau Dr. Lassacher kontrolliert. Zusammenfassend kann ich diese Ordination wärmstens empfehlen! Today was my first time in the office of Dr. Lassacher on oral hygiene and control. I was able to get an appointment within a week. I was welcomed in a very chic surgery in a very friendly and professional manner. I found the oral hygiene to be thorough and less uncomfortable than I had feared. I received tips on dental care and my teeth were then cleaned by Dr. Lassacher controlled. In summary, I can warmly recommend this ordination!

Einer der Fälle betraf meine 5-jährige Tochter. Sie mag eine gute Zahnärztin sein, ist aber absolut nicht zuvorkommend! Over the years I have tried several times to get emergency help with her ordination. I was sent away immediately. One of the cases involved my 5 year old daughter. She may be a good dentist, but she is absolutely not accommodating!
