Ja, niemand geht gerne zum Zahnarzt, aber jeder verlässt die Ordination mit einem strahlenden Lächeln. Genau so muss das Thema „Zahnarzt“ für alle Beteiligten sein. Wirklich nicht empfehlenswert für Menschen die große Angst vorm Zahnarzt und vor Schmerzen haben!
Einfach nur inkompetent!
Vielleicht sollten Ihre Assistentinnen eine Schulung besuchen um zu lernen wie man mit Angstpatienten umgeht.
Wobei es eigentlich Hausverstand sein sollte zu wissen dass man bei Menschen mit Angst mit etwas Feingefühl ran gehn sollte.
Und es einem nicht schon am Empfang vergeht.
Da mein Partner Patient bei Ihnen war und ich aufgrund seiner großen Angst als Begleitperson mitging.habe ich alles genau mitbekommen wie mit ihm umgegangen worden ist!
Very unfriendly at the time of admission, absolutely no sensitivity for fearful patients.
Really not recommended for people who are very afraid of the dentist and of pain!
Just incompetent!
Perhaps your assistants should take a training course to learn how to deal with anxiety patients.
Whereby it should be common sense to know that you should approach people with fear with a little sensitivity.
And it doesn't go by at reception.
Since my partner was a patient with you and I went with you as a companion due to his great fear, I saw everything exactly how he was treated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss sagen ein sehr bemerkenswertes Team! Ich als Angstpatient musste erst Vertrauen fassen.War gestern in Behandlung, bekam 2 Prothesen eingesetzt. Trotz Problemen beim reissen der Zähne blieb Dr Penn ruhig und beruhigend. Ich war froh das mir diese Altlast genommen wurde und jetzt befreiter durch das Leben gehen kann. Nur zu empfehlen!! Man geht auf Patientenwünsche ein( Lachgassedierung) sind einfühlsam und waren immer super freundlich. Das ganze Team ist absolut top!??
I must say a very remarkable team! As an anxious patient, I first had to trust myself. I was treated yesterday and had 2 prostheses fitted. Despite having trouble pulling teeth, Dr Penn remained calm and reassuring. I was glad that this legacy was taken away from me and that I can now go through life more freely. Only to be recommended!! They respond to patient requests (nitrous oxide sedation) are sensitive and were always super friendly. The whole team is absolutely great!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe große Zahnarztangst und schon viele Schmerztabletten eingenommen, bevor ich mich endlich getraut habe, anzurufen. Ich habe es nicht bereut. Sowohl die schöne Atmosphäre als auch die äußerst freundlichen Damen haben gleich zu meiner Beruhigung beigetragen. Die beiden Ärzte sind einfühlsam und geduldig und nehmen sich ausreichend Zeit für Fragen. Ich werde eine Lachgasbehandlung bekommen, und die Dame am Empfang war überaus bemüht, mir möglichst zeitnah einen Termin zu geben. Bin sehr froh, diese Praxis gefunden zu haben!
I was very afraid of the dentist and had already taken many pain pills before I finally dared to call. I do not regret it. Both the nice atmosphere and the extremely friendly ladies helped calm me down. The two doctors are empathetic and patient and take enough time to answer questions. I'm going to have nitrous oxide treatment, and the lady at reception went out of her way to give me an appointment as soon as possible. I am very happy to have found this practice!
