Ich würde Dr. Fiedler raten, künftig auf mehr Höflichkeit und Respekt den Patienten gegenüber zu achten und ihr derzeitiges Team auch dahingehend noch einmal zu überprüfen. Von diesem Schock (meine damit meinen letzten Besuch in dieser Ordination, die rein zahnärztliche Behandlung war okay) werde ich mich jedenfalls nicht mehr erholen und als Patient bei Dr. Fiedler bin ich Geschichte. Ist ihr sicher egal. Eh nur Kassenpatient. Wenn auch seit über 30 Jahren (vormals Ordination Dr. Ransmayr). Sorry, aber das war eine Frechheit. Nice ordination, very unfriendly staff. I would Dr. Fiedler advise to pay attention to more courtesy and respect for the patients in the future and to check their current team again in this regard. In any case, I will not recover from this shock (my last visit to this ordination, the purely dental treatment was okay) and as a patient with Dr. I'm a fiddler, history. She sure doesn't care. Ich habe wegen Zahnschmerzen gleich am nächsten Tag einen Termin erhalten, es wird sehr auf schmerzfreie Behandlung geachtet. Frau Dr. Fiedler hat einen mir wichtigen Zahn in mühevoller Arbeit gerettet. Fünf Sterne für das Personal, aber hundert für eine Ärztin mit Herz und Gefühl für Ihre Patienten. Diese Ordination ist zu 100% empfehlenswert, nochmals herzlichen Dank. A pleasant climate in the ordination, the staff friendly, the rooms modern and very clean. I got an appointment the very next day because of a toothache, and great attention is paid to painless treatment. Miss Dr. Fiedler laboriously saved a tooth that was so important to me. Five stars for the staff, but a hundred for a doctor with heart and feeling for her patients. This ordination is 100% recommendable, thank you very much again.
