J	Judith Kaggl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die negativen Berichte nicht nachvollziehen, bin mit meinem Sohn bei Dr. Soti und seinem Team und seit Jahren sehr zufrieden. Die Terminvereinbarung per e-Mail klappt problemlos, binnen max. 15—20 Min erhält man eine Antwort und ggfs. auch einen kurzfristigen Termin. Die Organisation der Ordination passt sich laufend den Anforderungen an, es werden sogar die Öffnungszeiten den Stoßzeiten angepasst, die Abläufe in der Ordination sind professionell und routiniert. Ein sehr netter geduldiger Arzt (sowohl mit Kind als auch mit Mutter !-)) und ein super Team mit sehr lieben Mitarbeiterinnen. Ich bin sehr froh, so einen tollen Kinderarzt in meiner Umgebung zu haben! I can not understand the negative reports, I am with my son at dr. Soti and his team and for years very satisfied. The appointment by e-mail works fine, within max. 15-20 minutes you get an answer and if necessary. Also a short-term appointment. The organization of the ordination is constantly adapted to the requirements, even the opening hours are adjusted to the rush hours, the procedures in the ordination are professional and experienced. A very nice patient doctor (both with child and with mother!)) And a great team with very nice staff. I am very happy to have such a great pediatrician in my area!
M	Mirjana Stankovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Sohn wurde am 13.12.15 geboren.Ich hatte am 24.12.15 ein ungutes Gefühl und rief in der Ordination an.Obwohl wir noch nicht mal Patienten waren, kam Dr.Soti am Nachmittag zu uns nach Hause und untersuchte mein Neugeborenes.Leider mussten wir dann ins Krankenhaus.Dr.Soti war sehr nett und einfühlsam.Er ist ein wirklich geduldiger und guter Arzt.????? Manchmal nervt es, dass man nicht mehr anrufen kann. Aber ehrlich gesagt, klappt die Terminvergabe jetzt besser.Mann hängt nicht in der Warteschleife und es wird nach einigen Minuten geantwortet. S	Sany Stan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe gehört das er ein sehr guter Arzt sein soll! Doch leider nervt es mich das man nur per Mail Termine vereinbaren kann. Das war jetzt mein Dritter Versuch bei ihm einen Termin zu bekommen. Und leider bekam ich auch jetzt keinen Termin , trotz der ganzen Mail Anforderungen! Echt Schade ? Von Freunden weiß ich aber das er echt nett ist. I heard that he should be a very good doctor! But unfortunately it annoys me that you can only make appointments by email. This was my third attempt to get an appointment with him. And unfortunately I didn't get an appointment now, despite all the mail requests! Real pity ? I know from friends that he's really nice.

Ich bin mit meinem Sohn 30 Minuten hingefahren und habe dem Arzt erzählt, dass wir ein Attest (Allergie gegen bestimmte Adjuvantien, welche in bestimmten Impfstoffen vorhanden sind) haben und das mein Sohn nicht geimpft werden darf. Daraufhin hat er uns mitgeteilt, dass er eine Impfordination ist und eine Untersuchung meines Sohnes verweigert. Mein Junge (3,5 Jahre alt) hat rote Bläschen an den Füßen nach einem Teichbesuch bekommen und dem Leiter der Ordination, so möchte ich die Person nennen, war dies anscheinend egal. Es war ihm wurst,dass es meinem Jungen nicht gut ging (stärker Juckreiz an den Füßen). Mein Sohn hat sich an die Füße gekratzt und der Leitung der Ordination wollte meinen Sohn nicht behandelt. Unglaublich! Wir mussten die "Ordination" verlassen. Wie diese Ordination so viele Sterne haben kann, ist mir ehrlich gesagt ein Rätsel. Reinste Katastrophe... The practice is NOT (!) Recommended !!!!. I went there with my son for 30 minutes and told the doctor that we had a certificate (allergy to certain adjuvants that are present in certain vaccines) and that my son must not be vaccinated. As a result, he told us that he was an impfordination and refused to allow my son to be examined. My boy (3.5 years old) got red blisters on his feet after visiting a pond and the head of the ordination, as I would like to name the person, didn't seem to care. He didn't care that my boy was not doing well (more itchy feet). My son scratched his feet and the ordination management refused to treat my son. Incredible! We had to leave the "ordination". How this ordination can have so many stars is, to be honest, a mystery to me. Pure disaster ...
M	Melisa Alihodzic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden und froh, dass meine Tochter bei Dr. Soti und seinem Team in guten Händen ist. Wir bekommen immer am selben Tag einen Termin und sogar eine Terminverschiebung war bis jetzt nie ein Problem. Das E-Mail System finde ich besser, als telefonisch (wie bei anderen Ärzten) nie durchzukommen. Das Team ist so lieb. In den Warteräumen haben die Kinder auch die Möglichkeit zu spielen oder sich die schöne Wanddeko anzusehen, aber in der Regel sind wir immer schnell dran gekommen, manchmal sogar sofort. Ich habe nie länger als 15 Minuten auf den Arzt gewartet. Er geht auf alle Fragen ein und ist sehr bemüht. Es gibt auch im eingangsbereich gratis Boxen mit goodies, die mir am Anfang als meine Tochter noch ein Baby war sehr geholfen haben (Milchflasche, Proben, Gutscheine, Feuchttücherboxen,…) Wir werden weiterhin bei Dr. Soti bleiben I am very satisfied and glad that my daughter sees Dr. Soti and his team is in good hands. We always get an appointment on the same day and even changing an appointment has never been a problem. I find the e-mail system better than never being able to get through on the phone (like with other doctors). The team is so nice. In the waiting rooms, the children also have the opportunity to play or look at the beautiful wall decorations, but we were usually able to get to them quickly, sometimes even straight away. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for the doctor. He answers all questions and tries very hard. There are also free boxes with goodies in the entrance area, which helped me a lot when my daughter was still a baby (milk bottle, samples, vouchers, boxes of wet wipes,...). stay
