Ich habe sage und schreibe 20x angerufen, bis wir endlich einen Termin bekommen hatten und auch beim Termin war die Sekretärin ausgesprochen unhöflich! Ob der arme Arzt wohl überhaupt weiß, was seine Sekretärin mit den Patienten macht? Rude secretary of the region - this award would be 100% fit! Unbelievable that there is such a thing. I called a whopping 20x until we finally got an appointment and also at the appointment the secretary was very rude! Does the poor doctor even know what his secretary is doing with the patients?

Anmeldebereich hat leider überhaupt keine Diskretion, man hört wirklich alles mit von Namen inkl Geburtsdaten. Nicht sehr professionell! Die Wartezeit selber war okay, Arzt auch sehr freundlich und kompetent. Appointment on the phone was pleasant and friendly, as was the recording at the counter! Registration area unfortunately has no discretion, you really hear everything with names including dates of birth. Not very professional! The wait itself was okay, doctor also very friendly and competent.

Ich kam sogar 1 Stunde zu spät zur Arbeit da man mich nicht mal vorgezogen hat als ich sagte, dass ich arbeiten muss. Ich verstehe, dass viel Stress und Kunden sind aber irgendwo muss man auch mal Termine ei halten können! Das Personal war jedoch super lieb und freundlich I ask myself what you have an appointment for if you have to wait 2 hours ?! I was even 1 hour late for work because they didn't even bring me up when I said I had to work. I understand that there is a lot of stress and customers, but somewhere you have to be able to keep appointments! However, the staff was super nice and friendly

Aber das sind wohl Probleme die in Vergessenheit gebracht werden können bzw unwesentlich sind wenn letztlich der Patient wieder gesundet , deshalb wieder den Stern dazu. Nachtrag 31.08.2020 Nach einigen Terminen nach der obigen Rezension habe ich festgestellt das die vereinbarten Termine überpünktlich eingehalten werden. Das Zeitmangment ist erheblich besser geworden. Jetzt ist alles gut und es gibt nix zu meckern. Very good doctor. Zu den MTA's sind die Worte arrogant, herablassend unprofesioneller Umgang noch sehr höflich formuliert. Trotz Termin mindestens 2 Std.Wartezeit,telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Keine Organisation. Vor Corona war es schon Grenzwertig, mit Corona eine Katastrophe. Bin zum Wahlarzt gewechselt. Freundliche, kompetente MTA's, keine Wartezeiten und die Kosten halten sich in Grenzen. Man bekommt noch ein Teil von der Krankenkasse erstattet. The 1 star is for the doctor because he is very competent and friendly. The words to the MTAs are arrogant, condescending, unprofessional handling and very polite. Despite the appointment, at least 2 hours waiting time, cannot be reached by phone. No organization. Before Corona it was already borderline, with Corona a disaster. I switched to the doctor of choice. Friendly, competent MTAs, no waiting times and the costs are kept within limits. You get a part of the reimbursement from the health insurance.
D	Daniela S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Arzt, tolles Team! Ich finde die vorherigen Rezensionen eine Frechheit. Der Arzt und vor allem die Assistentinnen machen einen tollen Job! Dass es in Zeiten von Corona zu längeren Wartezeiten kommt, sollte jedem klar sein. Leider ist genau das Gegenteil der Fall, die Leute im und vor dem Wartebereich waren laut, frech, arrogant und tlw. herablassend zu den Assistentinnen. Diese waren trotzdem freundlich und haben versucht den Patienten die Situation ruhig zu erklären. Herr Dr. Höfler nimmt sich wie immer Zeit für jeden einzelnen. Ein großes Dankeschön dafür! Great doctor, great team! I find the previous reviews a cheek. The doctor and especially the assistants do a great job! It should be clear to everyone that in times of Corona there will be longer waiting times. Unfortunately the opposite is the case, the people in and in front of the waiting area were loud, cheeky, arrogant and sometimes condescending to the assistants. Nevertheless, they were friendly and tried to calmly explain the situation to the patients. Dr. As always, Höfler takes time for each individual. A big thank you for that!

Das Team hat immer einen guten Witz am start, und wenn man den Humor versteht, ist man dort mehr als gut aufgehoben! ? Komme immer wieder gerne. Fühle mich dort sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben! Danke!!! C	Corinna Huetz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muss mindestens 2 mal im Jahr in die Schilddrüsenambulanz nach Wörgl. Ich muss sagen das gesamte Team dort ist sehr freundlich, bemüht und sehr nett. Vor allem muss ich sagen Marion ist echt eine tolle Mitarbeiterin, immer gut drauf und bleibt trotz so vielen unfreundlichen Patienten und soviel Stress immer freundlich. Der Arzt ist auch freundlich, und lustig. Das einzige was mich stört,jedes Mal, ich hatte zum Beispiel um 9 einen Termin und bin um 12 Uhr erst wieder rausgekommen. 3 Stunden warten dass ist echt lange vor allem wenn man eine Stunde Anfahrtszeit hat. Must go to the thyroid clinic in Wörgl at least twice a year. I have to say the entire team there is very friendly, hard-working and very nice. Above all, I have to say Marion is a really great employee, always in a good mood and always remains friendly despite so many unfriendly patients and so much stress. The doctor is kind, too, and funny. The only thing that bothers me, every time, for example, I had an appointment at 9 and didn't come out again until 12 noon. Wait 3 hours that is really long, especially if you have an hour to get there.
