Egal was man braucht, es wird immer mit großer Mühe gesucht und versucht es zu bekommen, wenn mal etwas nicht lagernd oder bekannt ist. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und bevor es ungewollt falsche Informationen gibt, wird immer Rücksprache gehalten. Ich bin schon länger Kunde und kann mir die schlechten Bewertungen nicht erklären. Einzig das anstellen. Aber das ist in fast jeder Apotheke in Österreich so. Here is always a help! No matter what you need, it is always searched with great difficulty and tries to get it when something is not in stock or known. The staff is always friendly and before there is unintentionally wrong information, is always consulted. I have been a customer for some time and can not explain the bad reviews. Only do that. But that's the case in almost every pharmacy in Austria.
A	Ali Kaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 Tage für ein bewilligungspflichtiges Medikament gewartet. Bei der Stadtapotheke am gleichen Tag bekommen. Waited 7 days for a drug subject to approval. Get it at the city pharmacy on the same day.
B	Brini 13 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind testen gegangen. Eine halbe stunde angestanden. Auf einmal heißt es in der ganzen Schlange soooo jetzt ist schluss mit testen. Die haben uns weck geschickt uns arbeitenden Personen. Wir brauchen die Tests zum arbeiten gehn. Wegen 6 Personen haben sie vor unserer Nase zugesperrt. Frechheit. Und so unfreundlich. Wahnsinn ist so was. Das gehört in die Zeitung. Achtung die schicken euch einfach weck. Wenn sie keine Zeit mehr haben. mit handbewegung We went to test. Waited for half an hour. Suddenly the whole line said soooo now it's over with testing. They woke us up to working people. We need the tests to go to work. Because of 6 people locked it in front of our noses. Cheek. And so rude. Madness is that. That belongs in the newspaper. Attention, they'll just send you wake up. When they run out of time. with hand movement

Werde nach heutigen Einkauf lieber wo anders hingehen. I've always been very satisfied for x years now, but since the 3 "new" women have been working there, things have really been going downhill. Unsympathetic, incompetent, arogant. After today's shopping, I would rather go somewhere else.

Fast and friendly service. The test street offers antigen and / or PCR tests within 24 hours without an appointment. Parking spaces are available.

Musste jetzt (obwohl geimpft) 2x für die Arbeit PCR-Testen gehen und kam eigentlich ohne langes Warten an die Reihe. Verstehe nicht wie sich hier manche Leute bzgl. Wartezeiten beschweren können? -> die Mitarbeiter/innen arbeiten unter Volldruck und so lange wie es dauert, dauert es nun mal... Wer nicht warten will kann sich doch impfen lassen ;) Very nice / competent team and a beautiful / well-kept pharmacy! Had to go to PCR testing twice for work (although vaccinated) and it was actually my turn without a long wait. Do not understand how some people can complain about waiting times here? -> the employees work under full pressure and as long as it takes, it takes time ... If you don't want to wait, you can get vaccinated;)
