L	Lakas Gyor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame , welche die Termine vergibt, ist am Telefon schon sehr unfreundlich, fragte am Telefon ob man sich nicht einen anderen Arzt suchen möchte da sie eigentlich keine neuen Patienten wollen. Termin kam trotzdem zustande , live ist die Dame am Empfang / Pult noch eine Spur unfreundlicher , so etwas habe ich bis Dato noch nie erlebt....so unfreundlich und herablassend das meine Frau eine Behandlung unseres Kindes ablehnte und wir umgehend die Praxis verlassen haben. Wir sind jetzt in Mattersburg in Behandlung bei Dr Kleinl , da ist wirklich alles TOP The lady who assigns the appointments is very rude on the phone, asked on the phone if you shouldn't want to look for another doctor because they really don't want new patients. Appointment was made anyway, live the lady at the reception / desk is still a bit more unfriendly, I have never experienced anything like this before ... so unfriendly and condescending that my wife refused treatment of our child and we immediately left the practice . We are now being treated by Dr Kleinl in Mattersburg, everything is really TOP
2	2113 __ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Herr Doktor Ansicht ist ein Traum!! Die Kinder lieben ihn!! Das große Problem liegt an der Damen beim Empfang! Eine absolute Frechheit!!!!!!! Unser Sohn 6 Jahre alt mit 39,6’C Fieber um Punkt 14:00 angemeldet. Die Fragestellung alleine ob wir ein Termin hätten nach dem ich Ihr schilderte warum wir Ärtzliche Hilfe benötigen is schon mal fragwürdig!!! Als ob wir Hellseher wären wann unser Kind krank werden würde um in voraus zu terminieren. Aber ok... Das man auch warten muss ist uns auch bewusst gewesen! Jedoch wenn man im Wartezimmer über 1-3/4 Stunden wartet, mitbekommt das andere gefragt werden ob eh alles in Ordnung und das Kind gesund sei damit es geimpft werden kann fühlt man sich schon vom feinsten verarscht!!!! Man hat natürlich Verständnis das für das andere einen Termin haben aber ein klein Kind fast 2 Stunden mit knappe 40‘C einfach keine Beachtung zu schenken ist der Gipfel!!! Wie zuvor erwähnt: Herr Dr.Altenburger ist auf seinem Gebiet als Arzt einer der besten!! Jedoch scheitert es absolut am Personal (Empfangsdame) die absolut fehl am Platz ist und uns dies schon wiederholt zu Beweis stellte. The doctor's opinion is a dream !! The kids love him !! The big problem lies with the ladies at the reception! An absolute cheek !!!!!!! Our 6 year old son registered at 2:00 p.m. sharp with a temperature of 39.6'C. The question of whether we would have an appointment after which I described why we need medical help is already questionable! As if we were clairvoyant when our child would get sick to schedule in advance. But OK... We were also aware that you have to wait! However, if you wait in the waiting room for 1-3 / 4 hours, you will notice that others are asked whether everything is okay and the child is healthy anyway so that it can be vaccinated, you feel like you are being fooled! Of course you understand that the other person has an appointment, but not paying attention to a small child for almost 2 hours at almost 40‘C is the summit! As mentioned before: Dr. Altenburger is one of the best in his field as a doctor! However, it fails absolutely because of the staff (receptionist) who is absolutely out of place and has repeatedly proven this to us.
E	Euro Cargo GmbH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ den Arzt können wir nicht beurteilen, so weit kam es nicht, beurteilen können wir die telefonische Terminabsprache sowie die Vorgehensweise beim Empfang in der Praxis. Hier müsste ich eigentlich "0" Sterne vergeben da dies an Unfreundlichkeit nicht mehr zu überbieten ist ,meiner Meinung. Ich denke die Dame hat hier ganz sicher den Beruf verfehlt, unfassbar wie hier mit den Leuten umgegangen wird. Ob der Arzt dies weiss bezweifele ich sehr. Von unserer Seite ganz klar keine Empfehlung , es geht hier um unsere Kinder und da muss das gesamte Paket passen!!!! Wir haben uns umgedreht und sind wieder gegangen haben mittlerweile einen netten Kinderarzt gefunden. we can not judge the doctor, it did not come that far, we can judge the telephone appointment as well as the procedure in the reception in the practice. Here I would actually have to award "0" stars as this is unfriendly to beat any more, in my opinion. I think the lady has certainly missed the job, unbelievable how to deal with people here. Whether the doctor knows this I doubt very much. From our side clearly no recommendation, it is about our children and there must fit the entire package !!!! We turned around and left again found a nice pediatrician.
R	René W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch Termin ausgemacht für Kontrolle der Windpocken meiner Tochter. Es wurde gesagt einfach vorbeikommen. Nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit kamen wir dran, es wurde einmal kurz am Bauch und am Rücken geschaut und das war's. Das ganze dauerte 1 Minute. Danach hieß es die Gesundheitsbestätigung für den Kindergarten kostet 15€. Dies wurde nicht am Telefon und auch nicht bei der Anmeldung an der Rezeption erwähnt!!! Eine Frechheit!! Nach 1,5 Stunden warten und 1 Minute Kontrolle sowas zu verlangen und nicht mal im vorhinein darüber informieren!!! Soetwas habe ich noch nie gehört das man für Gesundschreibungen etwas zahlen muss! Dieser Arzt sieht uns nicht mehr! Telephone appointment made for control of my daughter's chickenpox. It was said just come by. After that it was said the health certificate for the kindergarten costs 15 €. This was not mentioned on the phone and not at the registration at the front desk !!! An impudence!! After 1.5 hours wait and 1 minute control to ask something and not even inform in advance !!! I've never heard anything like that to pay for health care! This doctor does not see us anymore!
B	Birgit Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorweg gesagt: Dr. Altenburger selbst ist soweit ich das Beurteilen kann sehr kompetent und kann gut mit den Kindern umgehen. WENIGER als 1* verdient aber die Dame bei der Aufnahme. Nicht nur ist sie unfreundlich und schnippisch, sondern ist auch die Organisation im Wartezimmer ein Horror. Meine 5jährige Tochter hatte sich die ganze Nacht alle 20 Minuten übergeben, war am Ende ihrer Kräfte und wir sehr früh in der Praxis. Im Wartezimmer hat sie sich weitere 3x übergeben, Wartezeit war zwei Stunden!! In dieser Zeit kamen jede Menge gesunde Kinder zur Kontrolle, darunter ein neugeborenes Baby zur Erstkontrolle. Trotzdem wurden wir alle im selben Wartezimmer zusammengeworfen. Ich finde es fahrlässig offensichtlich kranke Kinder mit gesunden so lange warten zu lassen, genauso wie ich es dem kranken Kind gegenüber unfair finde so lange warten zu müssen. Verständlich noch bei "nur" Husten oder Schnupfen wo abgeklärt werden muss ob eine Lungenentzündung im Anmarsch ist. Absolut nicht verständlich bei Magen/Darm Infekten oder Fieber ab einer gewissen Temperatur, wo die Kinder ganz offensichtlich schon leiden. Ich selbst versuche inzwischen alternativen zu finden und suche praktische Ärzte oder Spezialisten auf, die Wartezeit und Ansteckungsgefahr dort ist meist um vieles geringer. I find it negligent to make obviously sick children wait so long with healthy ones, just as I find it unfair to the sick child to have to wait so long. Understandable even with "only" a cough or runny nose where it has to be clarified whether pneumonia is on the way. Absolutely not understandable in the case of gastrointestinal infections or fever above a certain temperature, where the children are obviously already suffering. In the meantime, I try to find alternatives myself and see general practitioners or specialists; the waiting time and risk of infection is usually much lower there.
N	N W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es kann nicht sein, dass man mit einem fieberten,weinenden kleinen Kind nach über 2 Stunden immer noch nicht drann kommt. Stattdessen nimmt man stur weiter Termine mit Impfungen vor. Ich komme nicht mehr.Im Spital wurde eine schmerzhafte Halsentzündung festgestellt. It cannot be that after more than 2 hours you still cannot answer with a feverish, crying little child. Instead, you stubbornly keep making appointments with vaccinations. I'm not coming anymore. A painful sore throat was diagnosed in the hospital.
C	Claudia Schwingenschlögl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit meinem Sohn nun schon über 3 Jahre bei dem Arzt.. Also seit Geburt meines Sohnes.. Nun ist es an der Zeit eine Bewertung abzugeben. Es gefällt mir sehr wie er auf die Bedürfnisse und Fragen eingeht und wie er es immer ganz genau beschreibt und bemüht ist das beste für das Kind rauszuholen. HUT AB. Er nimmt sich Zeit und ist total bemüht. Wenn man telefonisch anruft gibt er auch sein bestes und er ist immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich bin auch begeistert von der neuen Empfangsdame die vorne sitzt. Nicht zu vergleichen mit der Vorgängerin. Sehr nett und auch stets bemüht. Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben.. Ich kann diesen Arzt nur empfehlen. LIEBE Grüße Claudia I've been with the doctor for over 3 years with my son .. So since the birth of my son .. Now it's time to give a rating. I really like the way he responds to needs and questions and how he always describes it very precisely and tries to get the best out of the child. HATS OFF. He takes his time and tries really hard. If you call by phone he does his best and he is always friendly and very helpful. I am also excited about the new receptionist who sits in front. Not to be compared with its predecessor. Very nice and always tried hard. I would give 10 stars too .. I can only recommend this doctor. LOVE greetings Claudia
