Hier steht der Mensch, seine Gesundheit und Zufriedenheit ABSOLUT im Mittelpunkt und hierfür wird sich auch gut und gerne einmal eine knappe Stunde Zeit genommen ohne die Beratung in Rechnung zu stellen, weil wir doch nur "ein wenig getratscht" haben, so Dr. Ortlechner. ABSOLUT keine Selbstverständlichkeit und bei vielen Kollegen nicht Usus. Ich bin seit einem Jahr Patientin bei Kerstin und habe mich ab der ersten Sekunde perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt bei ihr und bin mit den natürlichen Ergebnissen (Botox) jedesmal mehr als zufrieden! Ich kann Frau Dr. Ortlechner wärmsten und wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen - wenn man einmal bei ihr war, weiß man warum jeder so von ihr schwärmt! :-) Miss Dr. Ortlechner is one of the warmest, most eager, most emphatic and most honest / transparent doctors I know! The focus here is on people, their health and satisfaction ABSOLUTELY, and for this they take an hour or so without charging for the advice, because we only "gossiped a little", says Dr. Ortlechner. ABSOLUTELY not a matter of course and not customary for many colleagues. I have been a patient with Kerstin for a year and from the first second I felt in perfect hands with her and I am more than satisfied with the natural results (Botox) every time! Selten bin ich so gut aufgeklärt und beraten worden. Sie nimmt sich für jeden Patienten die Zeit, die benötigt wird und geht auf alle Fragen ein. Bei ihr merkt man, dass die Gesundheit des Patienten immer im absoluten Vordergrund steht. Gerade im Großstadtdschungel Wien ist die Auswahl an Ärzten groß - umso glücklicher bin ich, endlich auf so eine liebenswerte und kompetente Ärztin gestoßen zu sein! Auch ihr Team ist super lieb und die Ordination sowieso ein Traum - wer schon mal da war, weiß wovon ich spreche. Miss Dr. Ortlechner embodies everything I expect from a good doctor - but above all honesty and a lot of sympathy! I have seldom been so well informed and advised. She takes the time that is needed for each patient and answers all questions. With her you can tell that the patient's health is always in the foreground. There is a large selection of doctors in the urban jungle of Vienna - the happier I am to have finally come across such a lovable and competent doctor! Her team is also super nice and the ordination is a dream anyway - anyone who has been there knows what I'm talking about.

Frau Dr. Ortlechner ist eine sehr nette kompetente Ärztin, die nicht gleich aggressive Medikamente verschreibt und sich genügend Zeit für die Beratung nimmt. Man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Keine Wartezeit in der Ordination, welche so modern und toll eingerichtet ist, dass man gar nicht denkt, man sitzt in einem "Wartezimmer". Chiara macht eine tolle Acne-Facial Behandlung und erklärt alles super, war mega entspannend und meine Haut ist dank der tollen Beratung von Fr. Dr. Ortlechner und Chiara schon um einiges besser geworden. Habe auch gleich Produktproben zum Testen mitbekommen. Echt toll, vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Betreuung. Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben bei Ihnen! :) Katharina, who manages the appointments, was really extremely helpful and friendly and thanks to her waiting list I was able to get an appointment quickly because someone was canceled. Miss Dr. Ortlechner is a very nice, competent doctor who does not prescribe aggressive medication straight away and who takes enough time to give advice. You feel very comfortable right away. No waiting time in the ordination, which is so modern and great that you don't even think you're sitting in a "waiting room". Chiara does a great acne-facial treatment and explains everything super, was super relaxing and thanks to the great advice from Ms. Dr. Ortlechner and Chiara have gotten a lot better. I also got product samples for testing. Really great, thank you very much for the great support. I feel very well cared for with you! :)
