★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bin ich mit der Behandlung von Frau Dr. Glück wenig bis gar nicht zufrieden. Zuerst musste ich in etwa 3 Monate auf einen Termin warten, was zum Teil sicher auch der aktuellen Situation geschuldet ist und ich deshalb noch nachvollziehen kann. Was mich jedoch sehr enttäuschte, war dass obwohl telefonisch vorher anders angekündigt, der Ersttermin nur etwa eine halbe Stunde dauerte. Dennoch bekam ich im Nachhinein eine Rechnung über den vollen Stundensatz. Auch in dem Gespräch selber erfuhr ich wenige neue Dinge, die ich nicht leicht auch hätte googlen können. Schade!
Zwei Sterne gibt es für den sehr freundlichen Arzthelfer.
 Unfortunately, I am confused with the treatment of Dr. Luck little to not satisfied. First I had to wait about 3 months for an appointment, which is partly due to the current situation and I can therefore still understand. What disappointed me, however, was that although I had announced otherwise by phone, the first appointment only lasted about half an hour. Nevertheless, I received an invoice for the full hourly rate afterwards. In the conversation itself, too, I learned a few new things that I couldn't easily google. Pity!
There are two stars for the very friendly medical assistant.
