Sie hat nach nur einer Sitzung mir Sachen an den Kopf geworfen, die mir in ihrer Unverschämtheit erst zuhause richtig bewusst geworden sind. Hab mir gedacht, na gut, dann geh ich halt noch mal hin und sag ihr das, dass ich das arg finde, was sie mir da so alles (völlig unrichtige Dinge) gesagt hat. Sie hat eher unwirsch reagiert. Unglaublich, diese Person! The Frau Doktor has a rather boyish, cool manner. After just one session, she threw things at my head that I only really became aware of in their insolence at home. I thought, well, then I'll just go back and tell her that I think what she has said to me (completely incorrect things) is bad. She reacted rather gruffly. Incredible, this person!

Dabei kamen diese speziellen Schrauben aus Knochenmaterial zum Einsatz. Ich bin sehr dankbar, daß Dr. Pastl diese Nekrose im frühen Stadium diagnostizieren konnte, diese mit dieser offenbar sehr innovativen Operationsmethode erfolgreich beseitigen konnte und mir dadurch vermutlich ein künstliches Hüftgelenk erspart hat. Die Beratung und Betreuung war von Beginn an bis zur letzten Nachkontrolle diese Woche äußerst professionell. Ich kann Dr Klaus Pastl deshalb auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. D.S. I was greeted by Dr. Klaus Pastl operates because of the incipient femoral head necrosis. These special screws made from bone material were used. I am very grateful that Dr. Pastl was able to diagnose this necrosis in the early stages, was able to successfully eliminate it with this apparently very innovative surgical method and thus probably saved me an artificial hip joint. The advice and support was extremely professional from the beginning until the last follow-up check this week. I can therefore definitely recommend Dr Klaus Pastl. D.S.

Die OP verlief problemlos und mit dem Shark Screw Transplantat ist keine weitere OP mehr notwendig ( kein Metall) - bin froh, ist dass ich mich für die Operationsmethode von Hrn. Ich hatte am linken Fuß eine Calcaneus Osteotomie und FDL Transfer mit der Shark Screw ohne Metall. Die Operation war perfekt organisiert und ist sehr gut ausgegangen. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Ich hatte nie Schmerzen und konnte schon nach 8 Wochen wieder fast normal gehen mit minimalen Schmerzen. Ich wußte auch nicht wo ich mit meinem Problem hingehen sollte und was am besten war, meiner Meinung nach war das die beste Entscheidung. Wenn ich wieder mal ein Problem habe weiß ich wo ich hingehe. The operation was perfectly organized and turned out very well. I am very satisfied with the result. I was never in pain and was able to walk almost normally again after 8 weeks with minimal pain. I also didn't know where to go with my problem and what was best, in my opinion that was the best decision. If I have a problem again, I know where I'm going.

Dr. Pastl hat mir damit eine Zweit-OP zur Schrauben- und Plattenentfernung erspart. Die SharkScres sind in den Röntgenbildern nicht mehr ersichtlich und ich bin beschwerdefrei. Dr. Pastl ist für mich der Arzt mit den goldenen Händen und dem goldenen Herzen. Als Orthopäde ist Dr. Pastl absolut zu empfehlen, danke für die hervorragende Behandlung. Mit einer Operation an beiden Füßen (Osteothomie nach Weil) mit SharkScrews im Abstand von 6 Wochen wurden die Probleme nachhaltig behoben. Die Schrauben sind mit den Knochen verwachsen und auf Röntgenbildern nicht mehr zu sehen. Seit der OP sind 30 Monate vergangen und stundenlange Bergtouren sind jetzt kein Problem mehr. With an operation on both feet (osteothomy according to Weil) with SharkScrews every 6 weeks, the problems were permanently resolved. The screws have grown together with the bones and can no longer be seen on X-rays. 30 months have passed since the operation and hours of mountain tours are no longer a problem. Die Diagnose wurde mir von Dr. Pastl ausführlich und vor allem für mich als Laien verständlich erklärt. Mein Fuß musste operiert werden, dazu wurden 3 Sharkscrews eingesetzt. OP im November 2020 sehr gut verlaufen - kaum Schmerzen, nach einigen Wochen konnte ich den Fuß wieder schmerzfrei !!! belasten, nach einigen Monaten konnte ich wieder ausgedehnte Wanderungen unternehmen.
