A	Anonym Anonym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war ca. 3 mal wegen derselben Sache bei Dr. Matthä. Ich hatte nie ein gutes Gefühl, da sie sehr kalt und harsch ist. Jede Frage schien ihr zu viel zu sein. Sie hat mir jedes Mal noch teurere Medikamente verschrieben, die nicht von meiner privaten Kasse bezahlt wurden. Da es immer noch nicht besser wurde, habe ich einen anderen Arzt aufgesucht. Bei diesem war ich nach der 1sten Behandlung geheilt und habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Was mich aber am meisten geärgert hat: Sie hat mir keine Überweisung zu diesem Arzt ausstellen wollen und ich bin somit auf den Arztkosten sitzen geblieben. Zudem hat sie mir ein Ansuchen auf Kostenübernahme mit 20 Euro in Rechnung gestellt, was natürlich auch von keiner Krankenkasse übernommen wird (auch dies hat mir der andere Arzt schnell, unkompliziert und kostenfrei (!)) gemacht. Zu allem Überfluss hat sie dann auch noch beim Anruf der Krankenkasse bzgl. der Kostenübernahme die medizinische Notwendigkeit geleugnet (die sie ja zuerst schriftlich angegeben hat), sodass mir ihr 20€-Schrieb gar nichts brachte. Alles in Allem war die Zeit bei Dr. Matthä reine Zeit- und Geldverschwendung – ganz zu Schweigen von der unfreundlichen Behandlung! I was about 3 times because of the same thing with Dr. med. Matthä. I never had a good feeling because it is very cold and harsh. Every question seemed too much to her. She always prescribed more expensive medicines for me that were not paid by my private fund. Since it still did not get better, I went to another doctor. With this I was cured after the first treatment and felt immediately at ease. What annoyed me the most: She did not want to issue me a referral to this doctor and so I stayed on the medical expenses. In addition, she has asked me an application for reimbursement with 20 euros, which of course is also not covered by any health insurance (even the other doctor has made me fast, straightforward and free (!)). To make matters worse, she has then denied even when calling the health insurance company regarding the reimbursement of the medical need (which she has first stated in writing), so that their € 20 -chrift brought nothing. All in all, the time was with Dr. Matthä pure waste of time and money - not to mention the unfriendly treatment!

Untersuchung und Kommunikation verlaufen respektvoll und transparent. Für medizinische Infos und frauenspezifische Fragestellungen steht Frau Dr.in Matthä offensichtlich mit viel Engagement zur Verfügung. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Praxis auf jeden Fall empfehlen - fachlich top, modern und empathisch. The practice has a pleasant atmosphere. Miss Dr. Matthä and her team act competently and courteously. Investigation and communication are respectful and transparent. For medical information and questions specific to women, Dr.in Matthä is obviously available with a lot of commitment. I am very satisfied and can definitely recommend the practice - technically top, modern and empathetic.
M	Markus Laudenbach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie kann ein Mann eine Frauenärztin beurteilen? Meine Partnerin hat Frau Matthä als begleitende Ärztin für Ihre Schwangerschaft aufgesucht. Mein erster Eindruck hat sich leider über die folgende Besuche bestätigt. Empathie und Feingefühl findet man hier leider nicht, dafür bekommt man persönliche Meinungen mitgeteilt nach denen man nicht gefragt hat. Ich spreche hier nicht von medizinisch relevanten Informationen, sondern von Meinungsbekundungen die eher einem Freundeskreis obliegen als einer Frauenärztin. Nachdem sich gegen Ende der Schwangerschaft immer mehr gezeigt hat, dass man hier nicht die richtige Wahl getroffen hat, wollte meine Partnerin zu einer anderen Ärztin wechseln. Hierfür wurde keine Überweisung geschrieben und die Sprechstundehilfe vorgeschickt um dies telefonisch mitzuteilen. Auf die Bitte hin mit Frau Matthä diesbezüglich sprechen zu können oder einen Rückruf zu erhalten haben wir bis zum heutigen Tage nichts gehört. Das ist weder professionell noch im Sinne einer Hochschwangeren Frau. How can a man judge a gynecologist? My partner visited Ms. Matthä as an accompanying doctor for your pregnancy. My first impression was unfortunately confirmed by the following visits. Unfortunately, you don't find empathy and sensitivity here, but you get personal opinions that you haven't asked for. I am not talking about medically relevant information here, but expressions of opinion that are more the responsibility of a group of friends than a gynecologist. After it became more and more apparent towards the end of the pregnancy that the right choice had not been made, my partner wanted to switch to another doctor. No transfer was written for this and the office hour helper was sent in advance to notify this by phone. When asked to speak to Ms. Matthä about this or to receive a call back, we have not heard anything to this day. This is neither professional nor in the interests of a heavily pregnant woman.
G	G B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe leider keine positive Erfahrung gemacht und kann - v.a. wenn es nicht um nur um Routineuntersuchungen geht - diese Ärztin keinesfalls empfehlen. Selten so wenig Einfühlvermögen und einen so unpassenden Umgangston bei einem Frauenarzt erlebt. Solange es nur Routineuntersuchungen braucht, ist es ok. Unfortunately I have not had a positive experience and cannot recommend this doctor - especially if it is not just about routine examinations. Seldom experienced so little empathy and such an inappropriate tone in a gynecologist. As long as all it takes is routine checkups, it's okay.

Schwangerschaft und hat mich schon 2 mal per Kaiserschnitt entbunden (war nicht geplant). Sie hat mit mir sämtliche Schritte stets besprochen und sie ist auf meine Wünsche und Bedenken kompetent eingegangen. Ich wollte zwar immer auf normalen Weg gebären, doch das ist bei mir nicht möglich. Frau Dr. Matthä hat mir jegliche Angst vor dem Kaiserschnitt genommen, da ich mich bestens betreut weiß. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen! Miss Dr. Karin Matthä is an excellent gynecologist and surgeon. She is now taking care of me during the third pregnancy and has already given birth to me twice by caesarean section (was not planned). She has always discussed all the steps with me and she has competently responded to my wishes and concerns. I always wanted to give birth the normal way, but that is not possible with me. Miss Dr. Matthä has relieved me of any fear of the caesarean section because I know I am well looked after. I can just recommend her!

Selten wurde mit mir in einem dermaßen harschen Tonfall gesprochen. Extremely unpleasant experience, should have gone better than having me checked out further. Absolutely NOT recommended! Rarely has I been spoken to in such a harsh tone.

Selbst eine äußerst kurzfristige Terminänderung erwies sich als kein Problem. Ich komme gerne wieder! Very nice and competent doctor, that's why I can't recommend Fr. Dr. Recommend Mattha to everyone. Even an extremely short-term change of date proved to be no problem. I will gladly come again!
