P	Peter Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute einen Rodelunfall und ging mit starken Rückenschmerzen sowie Schmerzen an der rechten Schläfe in die Praxis, musste mich direkt anstellen, was ich noch verstehe. Nachdem ich eine Stunde wartete und 4 Patienten die NACH mir kamen, vor mir aufgerufen wurden, bin ich gegangen. Der "nette" Arzt dem ich das verdanke war der Spargeltarzan mit den grauen Haaren. Hausarzt wird nun gewechselt, denn ich geh zum Arzt weil ich Schmerzen habe und nicht weil ich gerne warte. Had a toboggan accident today and went to the practice with severe back pain and pain in my right temple, I had to go straight to what I can still understand. After waiting an hour and 4 patients who came AFTER me were called in front of me, I left. The "nice" doctor to whom I owe that was the asparagus tarzan with the gray hair. The family doctor is now changed because I go to the doctor because I am in pain and not because I like to wait.

Ich kann verstehe dass sie stress haben kann, aber wenn man so die eventuelle neue Patienten behandelt werden, brauche ich anscheinend eine andere Ärztin I call the secretary about an appointment and she is already annoyed enough and unsimpatious on the phone. I can understand that she can be stressful, but when you are treating potential new patients like that, I apparently need a different doctor

Nach der achten Praxis hab ich aufgegeben. Obwohl meine Hausärztin für Kinder nicht zuständig ist, wurde hier nur alles menschenmögliche getan, um uns zu helfen. Sehr kompetent, unkompliziert und freundlich. Dankeschön! You rarely find something like that. I phoned Innsbruck's pediatricians today with an urgent matter. After the eighth practice, I gave up. Although my family doctor is not responsible for children, everything possible has been done here to help us. Very competent, uncomplicated and friendly. Thanks very much!
t	traumerin 97 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war da wegen eines Unfalls. Meine Knie war kaputt und die Sekretärin am Schalter sehr unhöflich sagt, dass ich einen Termin brauche. Ich frage zumindest ob ich eine krankenmeldung haben kann, da ich heute noch arbeiten muss. Sie sagt, dass sie nichts machen kann. Sie ist sehr genervt und jede Dinge, die ich mit art und weise frage, ist ihr zu viel und zu lästig. Wofür habe ich denn eine Hausärztin. Ich gehe zu ihnen nicht weil ich zeit zu verbringen haben, sonder weil ich weh habe. Ich empfehle sie nicht weiter. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung I was there because of an accident. My knee was broken and the secretary at the counter says very rudely that I need an appointment. At least I ask if I can have a sick note because I still have to work today. She says there is nothing she can do. She is very annoyed and every thing I ask is too much and too annoying for her. What do I have a family doctor for? I don't go to you because I have time to spend, but because I am hurt. I don't recommend them to anyone. Very bad experience
