B	Brigitte Jenewein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetente Ärztin, freundliche Ordination. Sehr angenehm, dass kein Termin vereinbart werden muss - auch wenn dann die Wartezeit etwas länger ist. Frau Dr. Schulze nimmt sich Zeit! Very competent doctor, friendly ordination. Very pleasant that no appointment must be agreed - even if then the wait is a bit longer. Miss Dr. Schulze takes his time!
N	Nils Blankenheim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophale Praxis! Es fängt schon an mit einem extrem unfreundlichem Empfang von sehr schlecht gelaunten und oft in ihrer Wortwahl verfehlenden Mitarbeitern. Nach langer Wartezeit kommt man zur Dr. und da geht es genauso unfreundlich und unsympathisch weiter... War ein paar mal wegen Kleinigkeiten dort und kann deshalb nichts zur Kompetenz der Ärztin sagen, aber mein Fazit ist: Katastrophale Zustände und Mitarbeiter! Auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen und würde jedem raten woanders hinzugehen! Catastrophic practice! It starts with an extremely unfriendly reception from employees who are in a very bad mood and who often lack their choice of words. After a long wait you come to Dr. and there it goes on just as unfriendly and unsympathetic ... Was there a few times because of little things and therefore can't say anything about the competence of the doctor, but my conclusion is: catastrophic conditions and employees! Definitely not to be recommended and would advise everyone to go elsewhere!

Die eine, oder andere Wartezeit lässt sich nun mal nicht vermeiden, aber diese empfand ich immer als kurz. Die Doktorin ist immer sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber was am Wichtigsten ist, sehr kompetent und einfühlsam. Man merkt, dass auf einen eingegangen wird und man eine gute Behandlung bekommt wird, anstatt der guten Durchflussrate wegen als "der nächste Patient" einfach schnell gecheckt und weiter gewunken zu werden! Vielen Dank nochmals! ABSOLUTELY!! to recommend!!! Very friendly and competent team. One or the other waiting time cannot be avoided, but I always found it to be short. The doctor is always very nice, friendly and courteous, but most importantly, very competent and empathetic. You can tell that you are being catered for and that you will get a good treatment, instead of simply being quickly checked and waved again because of the good flow rate because of the "next patient"! Thank you again!

Sie haben ihn auf eine extrem unfreundlich Art und Weise abgelehnt, was in so einem Fall fatal sein kann. Vor allem wenn sich jemand dazu aufrafft sich Hilfe zu holen. Als ich ihre Praxis deshalb telefonisch kontaktierte, wurden sie im Hintergrund extrem laut und befehlten ihrer Sprechstundenhilfe aufzulegen. Das ist meine Erfahrung mit ihrer Dienstleistung. Der eine Stern ist immernoch zu viel. My nephew wanted to visit her practice because he has depression. They rejected him in an extremely unfriendly way, which in such a case can be fatal. Especially when someone tries to get help. When I contacted their practice by phone, they got extremely loud in the background and ordered their office hours assistant to hang up. This is my experience with your service. The one star is still too much.

Sekretärinnen waren äußerst freundlich und bemüht. Ich kann dieses Team nur weiter empfehlen! As a patient, I am more than satisfied. Very competent doctor who takes her time and takes her work seriously. Secretaries were extremely friendly and tried hard. I can only recommend this team!

Die Ärztin ist sehr freundlich und nimmt sich immer so viel Zeit wie möglich. Fühle mich dort total gut aufgehoben und würde es jedem sofort weiterempfehlen! A very competent team that always tries to ensure that everything runs smoothly, even when there is a large crowd. The doctor is very friendly and always takes as much time as possible. Top Ärztin I am very satisfied with Dr Schulze, a strict doctor but a caring doctor, which is not a matter of course these days. Top doctor
m	marie davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: initially very receptive to email asking for assistance with validating vaccinations. Dr is happy to speak English when needed. Review is due to appointment experience being horrible. In the appointment, the digital system wasn't allowing the vaccination record to be updated, but when I said that I knew of others internationals that had successfully done this step, I was shouted at by the doctor. I asked if there might be another way or different information I could provide, and I was then shouted at again aggressively. She then took a phone call while I was in shock at what was happening, so I felt incredibly uncomfortable and left. I'm shocked by how rude and unprofessional this was and would never want anyone else to be treated like that when needing help from a doctor.
