Terminvergabe außergewöhnlich zeitnah (unter 3 Wochen), Wartezeit vor Ort dann nicht einmal erwähnenswert. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Assistentinnen beim Empfang, Ordinationsausstattung auf dem letzten Stand. Frau Dr. Klinger nett, einfühlsam, geduldig, kompetent, nimmt sich genügend Zeit, erklärt alles genau, sogar für Laien leicht verständlich. Da lohnt sich die etwas längere Anreise aus Villach auf jeden Fall!! Overall, a great ordination, which can only be recommended. Scheduling exceptionally timely (less than 3 weeks), waiting time on site then not even worth mentioning. Friendly and courteous assistants at the reception, office equipment up to date. Klinger nice, sensitive, patient, competent, takes enough time, explains everything exactly, even for laymen easily understandable. It's definitely worth the longer journey from Villach !!

Wenn man sehr sensible Kinder hat definitiv nicht der richtige Ort. Aber ich spreche jetzt nur vom Empfang. Frau Doktor ist super! Miss Dr. Klinger very personable and nice! Unfortunately, the lady at the front desk has no sensitivity to children! Pity! If you have very sensitive children definitely not the right place. But I'm only talking about the reception. Doctor is great!

Die schlechte Bewertung gilt der Assistenz, man wird unfreundlich behandelt, notfälle sind für die Damen nicht von Relevanz und wenn man einen Dienst nicht verschieben kann dann hat man "Pech" gehabt. Ich suche mir einen neuen augenarzt, gut aufgehoben fühlt man sich dort leider nicht. Dr klinger is very knowledgeable and friendly. The bad rating applies to the assistance, you are treated unfriendly, emergencies are not relevant for the ladies and if you cannot postpone a service then you have "bad luck". I'm looking for a new ophthalmologist, but unfortunately you don't feel in good hands there.

Beste gerätetechnische Ausstattung. Und natürlich die fachliche Kompetenz von Frau Dr. Klinger. Sie sagt was Sache ist. So stellt man sich das vor. Ich kann diese Ordination uneingeschränkt empfehlen Get an appointment very quickly. Immediately after the most friendly reception in the ordination for various examinations got there. C	Carina Hinteregger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde gleich am Empfang ziemlich pampig aufgefordert sofort die Kontaktlinse rauszunehmen, da dieser "simple Handgriff", wohl zu viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen würde, wenn ich sie erst unmittelbar vor der Untersuchung entferne. Mit Vorwürfen, dass ich keine Ersatzbrille mit habe, wurde auch nicht gespart, ich kam mir vor wie ein "gerügtes" Schulkind. Das Ganze war darüber hinaus eine Schnellabfertigung und es gab auch keine anschließende Diagnosebesprechung. Schade, war sehr verärgert nach diesem Besuch und kann mir jetzt noch solche Unterstellungen anhören, die schon grenzwertig in Richtung Verleumdung gehen. Das tue ich mir kein weiteres Mal mehr an, es gibt auch andere Ärzte. With allegations that I did not have spare glasses with me, no savings were made either, I felt like a "reprimanded" school child. The whole thing was also a quick check-in and there was no subsequent diagnostic meeting. What a shame, was very angry after this visit and can now still hear such allegations that are borderline in the direction of slander. I don't do that to myself again, there are other doctors too.

Das nennt man Service und Wertschätzung der Patienten. Ich freue mich schon auf die wie gewohnt kompetente, einfühlsame und geduldige Frau Dr.Klinger bzw. ihre fachkundige Behandlung. Today, from an extremely friendly and polite employee of Dr. Klinger get an appointment in less than two weeks! This is called service and patient appreciation. I am already looking forward to the competent, empathetic and patient Ms. Dr Kler as usual and her expert treatment.
