Bei Dr. Dietrich ist eine ganz andere Welt! Der Eindruck gleich beim Eintreten in der Ordination ist WOW!, schöne Lokale, mit Geschmack eingerichtet, hell und sauber. Wir wurden sofort willkommen und mussten kaum 5 Minuten warten, um untersucht zu werden. Das Personal ist freundlich und empfängt die Patienten mit einem Lächeln. Die Untersuchungsgeräte sind alle superneu. Die Ärtztin hat uns genau alles erklärt und mit Geduld allen unseren Fragen beantwortet. Eine ganz positive Erfahrung! Last year we had a very bad experience with an ophthalmologist in Villach (3 hours for an examination, and a very unfriendly doctor who almost scolded us because we are foreigners and don't know how it works in Austria). at Dr. Dietrich is a completely different world! The impression as soon as you enter the surgery is WOW!, beautiful premises, tastefully furnished, bright and clean. We were immediately welcomed and barely had to wait 5 minutes to be examined. The staff is friendly and greets patients with a smile. The examination devices are all super new. The doctor explained everything to us in detail and patiently answered all of our questions. A very positive experience!
