C	Ciena Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund des Verdachts einer Lungenentzündung schickte mich meine Hausärztin direkt in die Ordination von Dr. Stocker, wo ich auch ohne Termin, aber mit Überweisung nach kurzer Wartezeit von den Mitarbeitern in Empfang genommen wurde. Nach einigen Tests wurde ich von Dr. Stocker persönlich geröntgt und wurde mit Sauerstoff und Wasser versorgt. Da sich der Verdacht der Lungenentzündung bestätigte, kümmerten sich die Mitarbeiterinnen und Dr. Stocker rasch um ein Bett im Krankenhaus und um einen (leider notwendigen) Transport dorthin. Trotz meiner gesundheitlich nicht so guten Verfassung habe ich mich zu jeder Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt. Alle meine Fragen zu Untersuchungsschritten wurden mehr als zufriedenstellend beantwortet und auch die Wartezeiten waren trotz vollem Wartezimmer ausgesprochen kurz. Ich hatte wirklich großes Glück, zu diesem Arzt überwiesen worden zu sein! On the basis of suspicion of pneumonia my family doctor sent me directly to the office of Dr. med. Stocker, where I was taken without an appointment, but with a transfer after a short wait by the staff in receipt. After some tests, I was Stocker personally x-rayed and was supplied with oxygen and water. Since the suspicion of pneumonia was confirmed, the staff took care of the disease. Stocker quickly around a bed in the hospital and a (unfortunately necessary) transport there. Despite my health not so good condition, I felt at any time very well cared for and looked after. All my questions about investigation steps were more than satisfactorily answered and also the waiting times were extremely short despite full waiting room. I was really lucky to have been referred to this doctor!

Wartezeiten in der Ordination waren kurz, die Mitarbeiter beantworten alle Fragen die man hat zum Ablauf von den Untersuchungen und erklären was und wozu sie es machen. Der Arzt war sehr einfühlsam, hat viel nachgefragt und aufmerksam zugehört. Einige Tage später bekam ich sogar einen Anruf wie es mir denn geht und wie die Behandlung weitergehen soll. Ich hab noch nie so positive Erfahrungen mit einer Arztpraxis gehabt. Bravo! Incredibly nice staff and doctor. Waiting times in the ordination were short, the staff answered all questions you have about the course of the examinations and explain what and what they do it for. The doctor was very sensitive, asked a lot and listened carefully. A few days later I even got a call about how I am doing and how the treatment should go on. I've never had such positive experiences with a doctor's office. Bravo!

Er hat mir auch viele Fragen gestellt und konnte so eine andere Möglichkeit meiner Beschwerden finden. Auch durch das freundliche Personal fühlt man sich gleich sehr wohl dort. Sehr zu empfehlen! :-) Got an appointment very quickly. Dr. Stocker is very friendly and attentive. He also asked me a lot of questions and was able to find another way of my complaints. The friendly staff also makes you feel very comfortable there. We recommend! :-)

Der Arzt ist unfreundlich, spricht so leise das man ihn nicht versteht und man wird nur abgefertigt Schade. Der eine Stern gilt fürs Personal die sind sehr freundlich. Nie mehr wieder!!!!!! Unfortunately, the other negative reviews are justified. The doctor is unfriendly, speaks so softly that you cannot understand him and you are only dealt a pity. One star goes for the staff who are very friendly. Never again!!!!!!

Bei den langen Wartezeiten (trotz Termin) ist das sehr unangenehm. Leider fühlte ich mich nicht gut aufgehoben und mein Problem wurde nicht gelöst. Zu meinen, vor Ort gemachten, Blutwerten und Analysen wurde kein Wort verloren. Ich wurde bei den Schilderungen meiner Beschwerden unterbrochen. The team on site is very nice - the employees were all very friendly. Unfortunately, the waiting room was overcrowded and many patients could not sit. With the long waiting times (despite appointment) this is very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that I was in good hands and my problem was not solved. Not a word was said about my blood values and analyzes made on site. I was interrupted while describing my complaints.
