M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Empfangsdame (jung) ist sehr laut, brüllt - wortwörtlich - herum, ist respektlos, trammpelt in der Praxis herum und ist absolut unpassend gekleidet, der Ausschnitt ist definitiv zu tief und unpassend für eine Arztpraxis, da fühlt man sich schon als Frau nicht wohl. Arzt ist ok. Gute Behandlung, kann man nichts aussetzten. Man sollte LAAANGE Wartezeiten einplanen +50min !!! The receptionist (young) is very loud, yells - literally - around, is disrespectful, tramples around in the practice and is absolutely inappropriately dressed, the neckline is definitely too deep and unsuitable for a doctor's office, even as a woman you don't feel comfortable . Doctor is ok. Good treatment, nothing can be faulted. You should plan a long waiting time + 50min!

Long waiting times despite the appointment. Doctor looks very stressed and is unfriendly. On my side there will be no more appointments with this dermatologist.
M	M “Someone” B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe seit einen dreiviertel Jahr ein stetig wachsende juckende, schuppende, rissige Stelle auf der Handinnenfläche. Bei Dr Raml bekam ich relativ schnell einen Termin, obgleich dieses Unterfangen etliche telefonische Anläufe in Anspruch nahm. Die Sprechstundenhilfe war akzeptabel, ebenso die Wartezeit. Die Untersuchung erfolgte mit Seitenblicken auf meine Hand relativ kurz. Ich bekam Salben gegen juckende, trockene Haut(keine Diagnose) verschrieben, dazu den Verweis, dass ich wieder kommen soll wenns nicht besser wird. Gesagt getan, es folgte selbiges Prozedere nochmals. Besser wurde nichts, eine Diagnose nicht erstellt. Eine Kollegin gab mir daraufhin Cremeproben ihres an Schuppenflechte erkrankten Partners und innerhalb kürzester Zeit heilt die Fläche nun wunderschön ab. Einen Besuch bei Dr. Raml würde ich nach diesen Erfahrungen nicht mehr tätigen und auch niemand empfehlen. At Dr Raml I got a date relatively quickly, although this undertaking took several phone calls. The receptionist was acceptable, as well as the waiting time. The investigation was done with side views of my hand relatively short. I was prescribed ointments for itchy, dry skin (no diagnosis), plus a reference that I should come back if it does not get better. Said done, it followed the same procedure again. Nothing went better, a diagnosis was not created. A colleague then gave me cream samples of her psoriasis partner and within a short time the area heals beautifully. A visit to Dr. med. Raml I would not do after these experiences and no one recommend.

Wartezeit sehr kurz, Arzt freundlich aber schaute sich meine Haut nichteinmal richtig an und verschrieb gleich Salben zum probieren.... After calling 3 dermatologists, I quickly got an appointment here, the receptionist was very friendly even though I was 10 minutes late. Waiting time very short, doctor friendly but didn't even look at my skin properly and immediately prescribed ointments to try ...
A	A B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe schnell einen Notfalltermin erhalten. Die Assistentin war super höflich und nett obwohl Sie sehr im Stress stand. Der Arzt war sehr nett und hat mir eine Creme für den Ausschlag verschrieben - diese hilft schon nach kurzer Zeit Nur zu empfehlen! I quickly received an emergency appointment. The assistant was super polite and nice even though she was very stressed. The doctor was very nice and prescribed me a cream for the rash - this helps after a short time Only to be recommended!
L	Lolo Loko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin fast 2 Stunden gewartet einfach frech. Der Arzt 0 interessiert , hat nicht mal gehört was mein Problem war. Ich würde einfach nicht ernst genommen. Hat nur ein Augenblick geworfen und paar Salben beschrieben was nichts geholfen haben. Nicht zu empfehlen Despite the appointment, waited almost 2 hours just cheeky. Doctor 0 interested, didn't even hear what my problem was. I just wouldn't be taken seriously. Threw only a moment and described a few ointments which didn't help. Not recommendable

Man muss zwar immer bisschen zeit einplanen zum warten, aber ich sage mal so der arzt ist es wert zu warten da er sehr kompitent ist und auch auf die bedürfnise der patienten eingeht und sich auch die zeit nimmt. Auch wenn man sich nicht auskennt versucht er jede frage zu beantworten. Also ich gehe gerne zu dort hin und auch die Ordinations helferinen sind super lieb und freundlich. Also ich verstehe mit besten willen die schlechten bewertungen nicht. Mfg Very good doctor. You always have to allow a bit of time to wait, but I would say that the doctor is worth waiting because he is very competent and also responds to the needs of the patients and also takes the time. Even if you don't know, he tries to answer every question. Well, I like going there and the ordination assistants are super nice and friendly. S	Stefan Paar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit war bei mir etwa 190 Sekunden nach vereinbarten Termin. Sprechstundenhilfe war nett. Doktor war sehr nett. Ersttermin war innerhalb von 3 Tagen verfügbar. OP Termin innerhalb von 4 Tagen (da hatte ich keine Zeit) nach 6 Tagen konnte ein passender Termin für beide Seiten gefunden werden. Heute wurde die OP durchgeführt keine Probleme aufgetreten das Schmerzhafteste war die Bedäubungsspritze. Waiting time for me was about 190 seconds after the agreed appointment. Desk help was nice. Doctor was very nice. First appointment was available within 3 days. OP appointment within 4 days (I didn't have time) after 6 days a suitable appointment for both sides could be found. The operation was performed today and there were no problems. The most painful thing was the anesthetic injection.
