M	Merit Bakheet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöfliche und inkompetente Empfangsdamen!!! Ich würde niemandem empfehlen dort hinzugehen, wenn man wie Abschaum behandelt wird, weil man ohne Termin kommt. Anscheinend soll man nicht zum Kinderarzt gehen, wenn das Kind mit Fieber um 11:30 aufsteht und der Arzt bis 12:00 offen hat, sondern einfach bis Montag warten??????? Very rude and incompetent receptionists !!! I would not recommend anyone to go there if you are treated like scum because you come without an appointment. Apparently you shouldn't go to the pediatrician if the child gets up with a fever at 11:30 and the doctor is open until 12:00, but just wait until Monday ???????
m	medina tihic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn’s möglich währe würde ich 0 null Sterne geben. Niemals wieder werde ich meine Kinder zu dieser Arztpraxis bringen , weil ich 5 Stunden gewartet habe. Mein Kind hatte Fieber und Erbrechen und als wir kamen waren 2 Personen vor uns und ich dachte das ich nach den 2 Personen dran kommen werde. Leider war es nicht so, sonder ich habe 5 Stunden gewartet. Als ich gefragt habe wann ich dran komme sagte die Ordinationsassistentin das wir in 15 min dran wären. Jedoch vergangen sogar 1,5 Stunden. Ich habe bemerkt das die Ordinationsassistentin Ausländer in einem Warteraum waren und Österreicher in einem anderen Warteraum. Ich habe auch bemerkt das sie nur Österreicher dran nimmt und die Ausländer gar nicht. Als ich aufgestanden bin um es ihr zu sagen war sie unhöflich und widersprach mir. Ich war sehr sauer und sie sagte mir dass sie mir einen Termin erst in einem Monat machen könnte. Unfassbar! If it were possible I would give 0 zero stars. Never again will I take my kids to this doctor's office because I waited 5 hours. My child had a fever and vomiting and when we came there were 2 people in front of us and I thought that my turn would come after the 2 people. Unfortunately it wasn't like that, I waited 5 hours. When I asked when it would be my turn, the ordination assistant said that it would be our turn in 15 minutes. However, even 1.5 hours passed. I noticed that the ordination assistant was foreigners in one waiting room and Austrians in another waiting room. I also noticed that she only takes Austrians and not foreigners at all. When I got up to tell her she was rude and contradicted me. I was very upset and she told me that she couldn't make an appointment for me in a month. Incomprehensible!

Sind dann eine halbe Stunde bevor die Ordination schließt gekommen, trotzdem wurden wir sehr freundlich aufgenommen! Super super nette ordinationsgehilfinnen, diese findet man heutzutage sehr schwer! Wir hatten keinen Termin und die Wartezeit war sehr kurz! Dr. Kutschera selbst ebenso freundlich, ging auf alle Fragen ein, super Beratung und der Umgang mit dem Kind 1A! Gerade als junge Mutter werde ich oft nicht ernst genommen und eher schief angeschaut, jedoch fühlte ich mich hier so wohl dass wir eventuell den Kinderarzt wechseln wollen! By telephone, great advice, really friendly and accommodating. Then half an hour before the ordination closes, but we were very friendly! Super super nice ordinations, these are very difficult to find these days! We had no appointment and the waiting time was very short! Dr. Kutschera herself was just as friendly, answered all questions, great advice and the handling of the child! Especially as a young mother, I am often not taken seriously and looked rather wrong, but I felt so well here that we may want to change the pediatrician!

Auch das Team am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und erledigt alles rasch und kompetent. Wartezeit sind schon sehr häufig, aber dass es so wenige Kinderärzte in Graz gibt ist nicht Dr. Kutschera anzulasten. Er versucht hier sein bestes. A very competent doctor who, despite the large number of people in his practice, really takes his time and answers questions - everyone, really everyone. The reception team is also very friendly and does everything quickly and competently. Waiting times are very common, but that there are so few pediatricians in Graz is not Dr. To blame Kutschera. He tries his best here.

Sowohl der Arzt, als auch die kinderlieben freundlichen Empfangsdamen haben offensichtlich den richtigen Beruf gewählt :) Sehr weiterzuempfehlen! We have been with Dr. Kutschera and very happy with our choice. Both the doctor and the friendly receptionists, who are very fond of children, have obviously chosen the right profession :) Very recommendable!

Es ist meist viel los aber Herr Kutschera und sein Team teilen alles soooo super ein das wir noch nie länger wie 10min gewartet haben. Trotz Andrang ist er immer sehr kompetent und nimmt sich immer genug Zeit ! Auch wenn man fragen hat per Anruf oder email meldet er sich immer gleich zurück und bespricht mit uns alles ! Echt ein Wahnsinn ! ☺️ Sind echt dankbar so einen tollen Arzt +Team gefunden zu haben !!! Are glad that we are with Mr. Kutschera! A great doctor!! There is usually a lot going on, but Mr. Kutschera and his team share everything sooo well that we have never waited longer than 10 minutes. Despite the rush, he is always very competent and always takes his time! Even if you have questions by phone or email, he always gets back to you and discusses everything with us! Real madness! ☺️ Are really grateful to have found such a great doctor + team!
