S	Stefan Lehninger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr. Hienert ist stets freundlich und ruhig, vermittelt eine angenehme Atmosphäre und gestaltet auch bei Kindern durch ihr geduldiges und kompetentes Handeln die Untersuchungen sehr erträglich (sowohl für Kind als auch für Elternteil(e)). Bewertungen, die das Wartezimmermanagement mit einbeziehen halte ich für teilweise irreführend, da der aufmerksame Patient mitbekommt, dass immer wieder auch akute Fälle ohne Termin angenommen werden, wodurch zwangsläufig Verschiebungen entstehen. Mir ist es jedoch wichtiger, von einer Ärztin betreut zu werden, die Auffälligkeiten erkennt und ohne Panik zu verbreiten nicht bagatellisiert. Daher trotz Wartezeiten 5 Sterne für eine kompetente, gründliche und menschlich wertvolle Betreuung. Miss Dr. Hienert is always friendly and calm, conveys a pleasant atmosphere and makes the examinations very tolerable even for children by their patient and competent actions (both for the child and for the parent (s)). Reviews, which include the waiting room management, I think partly misleading, as the attentive patient notices that again and again, acute cases are accepted without an appointment, which inevitably shifts. However, it is more important to me to be cared for by a doctor who recognizes abnormalities and does not panic without spreading panic. Therefore, despite waiting 5 stars for a competent, thorough and humanly valuable care.
