Very long waiting times.
Not well planned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich versuche seit ein paar Wochen die Ordination telefonisch zu erreichen. Leider wurden sehr oft die Ordinationszeiten kurzfristig geändert oder das Telefon wurde nicht abgenommen. Habe mich nun für einen anderen Arzt entschieden.
I have been trying to reach the ordination by phone for a few weeks. Unfortunately, the ordination times were very often changed at short notice or the phone was not picked up. I have now decided on a different doctor.

Too long waiting time Completely rude and unhygenic would like to turn on the regulatory office and not even helpful.
