T	T. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War nach dem heutigen Termin sehr erstaunt, wie freundlich und menschlich Dr. Kendler ist. Sehr gründliche Untersuchung und preislich ok! After today's appointment, I was amazed at how friendly and humane Dr. Kendler is. Very thorough examination and ok in price!

Umso positiver überrascht war ich von meinem ersten Besuch im Haut&Venenzentrum Attersee: + freundlicher Empfang = man fühlt sich als Patient tatsächlich willkommen + Termintreue = der vereinbarte Termin wurde eingehalten + freundliche Begrüßung durch Arzt & menschlicher Umgang auf Augenhöhe (kein Gott in weiß) + ausführliche Untersuchung ohne Zeitdruck + jeder Behandlungsschritt wurde genau erklärt + absolut vertretbare Honorarnote + Ausfahrtsticket für Tiefgarage, Bestätigung für Arbeitgeber, zusätzliche Rechnung für Versicherung ... alles kein Problem und sogar mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht .... Herzlichen Dank an Dr. Kendler & sein Team! Sie arbeiten so, wie sich Patienten dies von einem Wahlarzt wünschen .... ! During my last doctor's visits, I unfortunately had to find more and more often that doctors (especially statutory health insurance physicians - but also doctors of choice) are unfriendly, condescending or disinterested in the patient. So I was all the more positively surprised by my first visit to the Attersee Skin & Vein Center: + friendly reception = you really feel welcome as a patient + Adherence to deadlines = the agreed deadline was met + friendly greeting from the doctor & human interaction at eye level (no god in white) + detailed examination without time pressure + every treatment step was explained in detail + absolutely reasonable fee + Exit ticket for underground parking, confirmation for employers, additional invoice for insurance ... no problem and even with a smile on your face ... Many thanks to Dr. Kendler & his team! They work the way patients would like a doctor of their choice ...!
B	Bernhard Ledl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde von Dr. Andonov behandelt und ich muss sagen, er ist der beste Hautarzt den ich kenne (war davor schon bei einigen anderen). Auch Dr. Pauzenberger der eine kleine OP am Hals durchführte, arbeitet wirklich perfekt (die Narbe ist kaum erkennbar). Danke nochmals. Es wird einem sehr gut und verständlich erklärt welche Eingriffe nötig wären und was genau gemacht wird. Man fühlt sich in jeder Situation sehr gut aufgehoben. Auch an der Rezeption wird man sehr freundlich begrüßt. Kann die Praxis sehr weiterempfehlen ! I was Andonov treated and I have to say he is the best dermatologist I know (was with some others before). Dr. Pauzenberger, who performed a small operation on the neck, works really perfectly (the scar is barely visible). Thanks again. It explains very well and understandably which interventions would be necessary and what exactly is to be done. You feel in good hands in every situation. You are also greeted very friendly at the reception. Can highly recommend the practice!
R	Rene Pucher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern Nachmittag bei meiner Hausärztin die mir direkt aufgrund der Dringlichkeit eine Überweisung für Dr. Andonov ausgestellt hat. Sie hat gemeint ich solle gleich heute Früh auch ohne Termin in die Ordination fahren, es wäre dringend und muss sofort angesehen werden. Gesagt, getan! Ich bin gleich in der Früh in die Ordination gefahren nachdem ich dreimal versucht hatte dort anzurufen, aber einfach nicht durchgekommen bin. Dort angekommen hat mich eine äußerst unfreundliche Sprechstundenhilfe, ohne auch nur eine Sekunde zu überlegen und auch ohne zu wissen worum es geht, auf eine sehr unfreundliche Art und weise abgewiesen. Ich persönlich werde diese Praxis auf keinen Fall noch einmal aufsuchen!!! I was at my family doctor yesterday afternoon, who immediately gave me a referral for Dr. Andonov has issued. She said I should go to the ordination this morning without an appointment, it would be urgent and must be viewed immediately. Said and done! I went to the ordination in the morning after trying to call three times but just couldn't get through. Once there, an extremely unfriendly receptionist, without even thinking about it for a second and even without knowing what it was about, turned me down in a very unfriendly way. I personally will never visit this practice again !!!

Dr. Emil Andonov ist außerordentlich einfühlsam, freundlich, menschlich, kompetent und auch lustig! Er hat sich Zeit für all meine Fragen genommen. Ich habe mich selten so Wohl bei einem Arztbesuch gefühlt! Ich kann die erhaltenen Empfehlungen nur bestätigen und weitergeben! Wirklich top! Auch die Ordinationsassistentinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Dieser Arztbesuch war auf jeden Fall jeden Cent wert! I went to the Vein and Skin Center in Schörfling for the first time today on multiple recommendations. Mr. Dr. Emil Andonov is extremely empathetic, friendly, human, competent and also funny! He took the time to answer all of my questions. I have seldom felt so comfortable visiting the doctor! I can only confirm and pass on the recommendations received! Really great! The doctor's assistants were also very friendly and helpful! This visit to the doctor was definitely worth every penny!

Kann zwar nur über knapp 15 Minuten sprechen, aber in den wenigen Minuten konnte mir Dr Andonov sehr helfen und hat mir meinen Tag dadurch erhellt. Auch ein Lob an die Sprechstundenhelferinnen. Sehr freundlich und flot, aber keinesfalls gestresst. Ich bin sehr glücklich, mich für diese Praxis entschieden zu haben, es war jeden Cent wert. Rarely have I felt so comfortable when I went to the doctor. Friendly, human, competent and funny. Clear explanations and very empathetic! Can only speak for about 15 minutes, but in the few minutes Dr Andonov was able to help me a lot and has brightened my day. Also a compliment to the office assistants. Very friendly and brisk, but not stressed at all. I am very happy to have chosen this practice, it was worth every penny.

Die Wartezeit ist nie länger als 10 Minuten und auch die Ordinationsassistentinnen sind trotz offensichtlich hohem Patientenaufkommen immer freundlich. For 4 years now I have been with Dr. Kendler in treatment and I am enthusiastic about his competent, pleasant manner. The waiting time is never longer than 10 minutes and the surgery assistants are always friendly, despite the obviously high number of patients.
