I have been at dr.horst schinagl for a long time. Never had reason to see another doctor, so I am very satisfied with the treatments.

M	Maria Maier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein toller Arzt, sehr schöne gepflegte Praxis. Ich muss sagen, dass die Wartezeit für uns nie lange ausgefallen ist. Kamen sehr oft auch ohne Termin sehr schnell dran. Hat vielleicht auch mit der Wahrnehmung, Einstellung auch Geduld zu tun, für einen ist eine Stunde viel, für den anderen wieder nicht. Eines muss und will ich hier bemängeln, deshalb auch einen Stern Abzug, die Dame mittleren Alters mit den kurzen Haaren am Empfang ist meiner Meinung nach sehr unfreundlich, ob in der Praxis oder auch am Telefon. Im Grunde sehr schade! Die beiden anderen Damen, sind wiederum sehr freundlich, nett und aufmerksam und zu den Kindern sehr achtsam und liebevoll. Ich denke es ist wichtig auch solche Dinge mitzuteilen, da sich sonst auch nichts verändern lässt. Vielleicht nimmt sich diese gemeinte Dame diese Zeilen zu Herzen und arbeitet an sich und denkt über ihr Verhalten nach. Auch wenn es stressig ist, ist es absolut kein Grund unfreundlich zu sein. Dann ist es wohl der falsche Job... Nachtrag: da ich heute in der Praxis war um Kontaktlinsen für meinen Sohn zu kaufen, dann aber die Bezahlung per Kreditkarte - Bankomatkarte nicht möglich war, fragte ich um das Rezept für Brille und Kontaktlinsen um die Kontaktlinsen wo anders zu besorgen. Die schon oben genannte Sekretärin oder Arzthelferin was auch immer sie ist, war gleich wie am Telefon sehr unhöflich. Ich sagte ihr, dass sie einen freundlicheren Umgangston den Patienten gegenüber haben sollte und ich eine Bewertung abgegeben habe. Ihre Antwort, wenn sie sonst nichts besseres zutun haben, sie sind ja auch nicht freundlich und sind bekannt für ihre Unfreundlichkeit in der Ordination. Ich war echt schockiert über diese Aussagen. Ich sagte ihr dann noch, dass ich die Praxis nicht mehr aufsuchen werde, ihre Worte wiederum, es wäre besser so. Es fielen noch einige Worte die den Rahmen sprengen würden. Unglaublich was man sich gefallen lassen muss. Ich denke sie hat vergessen, dass der Arzt und die gesamte Besatzung vom Einkommen der Patienten lebt. Was sehr schade war, der Arzt bekam von den Missständen in seiner Praxis leider nichts mit. Sternenabzug musste auf Grund des heute erlebten sein. Traurig, einfach nur traurig! I think it is important to communicate such things, otherwise nothing can be changed. Maybe this meant lady takes these lines to heart and works on herself and thinks about her behavior. Even though it's stressful, there's absolutely no reason to be unfriendly. Then it's probably the wrong job ... Addendum: since I was in practice today to buy contact lenses for my son, but then the payment by credit card - ATM card was not possible, I asked for the prescription for glasses and contact lenses to get the contact lenses where else. The aforementioned secretary or medical assistant, whatever she is, was just as rude as on the phone. I told her that she should have a friendlier tone to the patient and that I gave a review. Their answer, if they have nothing better to do, they are also not friendly and are known for their unfriendliness in the ordination. I was really shocked by these statements. I then told her that I would not go to the practice any more, her words again, it would be better that way. There were still a few words that would go beyond the scope. Unbelievable what you have to put up with. I think she forgot that the doctor and the entire crew lives on the income of the patients. What a pity, the doctor got from the grievances in his practice unfortunately nothing. Star deduction had to be due to today's experience. Sorry, just sad!
