You can wait half a year to get an appointment and when you get it, wait another 1.30 hours .. a cheeky staff and very unfriendly and unprofessional !!
P	P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau musste 6 Monate auf einen Termin warten und als sie dann endlich einen bekam wurde sie vom Arzt beim Gespräch angeschnauzt weil sie seine Fremdwörter nicht verstand. (keine gebürtige Österreicherin). Das Personal hingegen war sehr nett, sonst gäbe es nichtmal 2 Sterne. My wife had to wait 6 months for an appointment and when she finally got one, the doctor snapped at her during the conversation because she did not understand his foreign words. (not a native Austrian). The staff, however, was very nice, otherwise it wouldn't even be 2 stars.
R	RaBii - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst wartet man ein halbes Jahr bis man einen Termin bekommt und dann darf man aufgrund 2G nicht hin. Ich solle mich nächstes Jahr wieder melden für einen neuen Termin. Danke NEIN! First you wait half a year until you get an appointment and then you are not allowed to go because of 2G. I should get in touch again next year for a new appointment. No thanks!
S	Sonja Pieber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde vom Arzt alles nett, freundlich und gut verständlich erklärt. Er nahm sich Zeit und konnte mir alles beantworten. Doch eines nervt wirklich extrem. Man muss tagelang immer wieder anrufen um endlich ein einziges Mal durchzukommen. Entweder man hört den Anrufbeantworter (logisch wenn geschlossen ist), oder man hängt 15 Minuten und länger in der Warteschleife und wird dann doch aus der Leitung geworfen, oder (so wie heute 13.09.2021) bekommt man eine Tonbanddurchsage, dass unter dieser Nummer niemand erreichbar ist (obwohl die Praxis geöffnet ist). Sobald es dann 11:30 Uhr war, wurde man sofort wieder zum Anrufbeantworter umgeleitet (Praxis geschlossen). Da muss wirklich dringend nachgebessert werden!!! P.S: Mittlerweile hat sich das „Telefonproblem“ drastisch verbessert! The doctor explained everything to me in a nice, friendly and easy to understand manner. He took his time and was able to answer everything. But one thing is really annoying. You have to keep calling for days just to get through. Either you hear the answering machine (logically if it's closed), or you're on hold for 15 minutes and longer and then you're thrown off the line, or (like today September 13th, 2021) you get a taped announcement that nobody can be reached on this number can be reached (although the practice is open). As soon as it was 11:30 a.m., you were immediately redirected to the answering machine (practice closed). It really needs to be improved! P.S: In the meantime, the “phone problem” has drastically improved!

Und über seine neueste Erkenntnis (2G Regel in der Praxis): er müsste die Schwangeren von den Ungeimpften (jedoch getestet!! ) schützen, da fragt man sich wo er seinen Dr Titel gemacht hat!? Ten years ago this doctor was even friendlier and more personable. And about his latest finding (2G rule in practice): he would have to protect the pregnant women from the unvaccinated (but tested !!), because one wonders where he got his Dr title !?

Per Telefon vereinbart, bereits telefonisch sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten worden. Termin mit Wartezeit von einer Stunde. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Arzt. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme jederzeit gerne wieder. Appointment only after six months, but I am a new patient. Agreed by phone, already given very friendly and competent advice over the phone. Appointment with a waiting time of one hour. Very nice and friendly staff. Very happy with the doctor. I felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back anytime.
S	Sarah Sparky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Fazit nach zwei Jahreskontrollen: Sehr unfreundlich! Als junge erwachsene Frau wird man wie ein kleines Kind behandelt, das die Welt nicht versteht. Bei Fragen bekommt man eine Broschüre in die Hand gedrückt und wird auf das Internet verwiesen - man soll das doch mal googeln. Versteht man einen Fachbegriff nicht oder wird durch den Mund-Nasen-Schutz akustisch vom Arzt nicht gut verstanden, wird man sofort genervt angefahren. Auf diese Umgangsweise kann ich verzichten! Die Damen am Empfang sind jedoch sehr lieb, hilfsbereit und kompetent - vor Ort und auch am Telefon! My conclusion after two annual checks: Very unfriendly! As a young adult woman, you are treated like a little child who doesn't understand the world. If you have any questions, you get a brochure and are referred to the Internet - you should google it. If you don't understand a technical term or if the doctor doesn't understand you well because of the mouth and nose protection, you will be immediately approached in annoyance. I can do without this behavior! However, the ladies at reception are very nice, helpful and competent - on site and also on the phone!

Ich bin sehr froh, dass er mir damals empfohlen wurde. Patient for 15 years and never disappointed. Always friendly, very competent and professional. Dr. Müller was even my doctor when my youngest child was born. I am very happy that it was recommended to me at the time.
