M	Ma Ja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An und für sich kompetenter Tierarzt, jedoch eine sehr schroffe und teils unmögliche Art. Tierarzt wurde gewechselt und nun fühlen wir uns zu 100 % gut aufgehoben. A competent vet in and of itself, but a very harsh and sometimes impossible way. Vet has been changed and now we feel 100% in good hands.

J	Jasmin Reith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meinem Hundewelpen das erste Mal bei Herrn Dr. Neumayr in der Praxis zum Impfen. Es gab kein Gespräch wie es dem Hund im Allgemeinen geht, keine Untersuchung oder dergleichen. Spritze rein und fertig. Ich habe natürlich gefragt, was denn nun geimpft wurde. Alles. War die Antwort und dann durften wir auch schon wieder gehen. Ich habe jetzt den sechsten Hund und war schon bei vielen Tierärzten. So wurde ich noch nie abgekanzelt! Absolut nicht akzeptabel. Auch im Empfangsbereich wurde mein Hund, da er ein bisschen gewinselt hat, als Heulsuse bezeichnet. Also auch da null Einfühlungsvermögen für das Tier. Ich bin wirklich fassungslos, das so eine Praxis noch Kunden hat!!! Ich habe natürlich in der Praxis angerufen und Feedback gegeben. Vielleicht ändert sich ja etwas, falls Kunden sich dahin verirren sollten. Wünschen tue ich es keinem! I was with my puppy for the first time at Dr. Neumayr in practice for vaccination. There was no conversation about how the dog is in general, no examination or the like. Put the syringe in and you're done. Of course I asked what was vaccinated now. Everything. That was the answer and then we were allowed to leave again. I now have my sixth dog and have been to many vets. I've never been disgraced like this! Absolutely not acceptable. In the reception area, too, my dog was referred to as a crybaby because it whined a bit. So there, too, zero empathy for the animal. I am really stunned that such a practice still has customers! Of course, I called the practice and gave feedback. Maybe something will change if customers get lost there. I don't wish it to anyone!
