Vorsorglich wurde auch Hals und Nase begutachtet und Trotzdem war die ganze Sache rasch und äußerst freundlich erledigt. ein Arzt, wie man sich ihn nur wünschen kann. r	rudolf larsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doktor Schlögel...ein Mediziner mit heute schon raren Eigenschaften zumal ich ihn als Kassenpatient konsultierte....zunächst einmal freundlich und beruhigend ....in weiterer Folge kompetent wirkend mit der angenehmen Fähigkeit, mir als Laie die Sachlage erklären zu können....keinen Moment destruktiv oder Zeitdruck vermittelnd ....bin sehr froh, ihn gefunden zu haben...ganz dickes Lob auch an die Assistentinnen. deren Freundlichkeit und diskret behutsamer Umgang mit Menschen, denen es ohnehin im Moment nicht sonderlich gut geht, besonders wohltuend ist und somit auch ein wenig zur Gesundung beiträgt! Danke! Endlich eine ordentliche Diagnose und die richtige Behandlung dafür. Auch die Ordinationsdamen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bekam sofort einen Termin für den selben Tag und nach nicht einmal 5 Minuten warten, war ich schon an der Reihe. Hier werde ich auf jeden Fall bleiben! Very competent ENT doctor, takes time for his patients and listens. For a long time I felt taken seriously with my problems. Finally, a proper diagnosis and the right treatment for it. Also the ordination ladies were very friendly and helpful. I immediately got an appointment for the same day and after not even waiting 5 minutes, it was my turn. Here I will definitely stay!

Man merkt sofort, dass hier der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht. Die Damen am Empfang sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. :) Here you are treated effectively and successfully through competent advice (very direct and honest). You can tell immediately that the focus here is on people. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful. :)

Meine Hauptbeschwerde richtet sich an die beiden Empfangsdamen. Als ich nachfragte, ob die E-Card benötigt werde wurde präpotent mit "Na sicher und danach gleich die Bankomatkarte" geantwortet. Leider repräsentieren die beiden Empfangsdamen die Ordination in einem sehr unprofessionellem Licht. Ich hab mich dort insgesamt nicht wohl gefühlt und werde nicht mehr wieder kommen. Keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite. I visited twice and found substitute doctors. Overall, the doctors were very nice and attentive. My main complaint is to the two receptionists. When I asked whether the e-card was needed, the answer was prepotent with "Of course, and then the ATM card". Unfortunately, the two receptionists represent the ordination in a very unprofessional light. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable there and I won't come back again. No recommendation from my side.
