Davon habe ich nichts bemerkt, schriftliche (Mail-) Anfragen werden erst gar nicht beantwortet, wenn offenbar das Auftragsvolumen zu gering ist (meine Vermutung). "We are happy to advise you" is on the homepage. I didn't notice anything about it, written (mail) inquiries are not answered at all if the order volume is obviously too low (my guess).

Auch meine schriftliche Anfrage für eine grobe Indikation für die Kosten basierend auf meinen Anforderungen, wurde gar nicht beantwortet. Anscheinend war ihnen auch hier das potentielle Auftragsvolumen zu gering, obwohl mir zuvor persönlich versichert wurde, dass sie mir eine erste Indikation geben können. Alles andere als ein guter Service am Kunden aus meiner Sicht. Unfortunately I have to confirm the negative review I read in the history. Even my written request for a rough indication of the costs based on my requirements was not answered at all. Apparently, the potential order volume was too small for them, although I was personally assured beforehand that they could give me an initial indication. Anything but good customer service from my point of view.
