A	Alyssa Raven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter und sehr kompetenter Arzt, der sich viel Zeit und Geduld für seine Patienten nimmt, den Problemen zuhört und die Ängste ernst nimmt! Leider ist der Arzt spontan nur noch Wahlarzt. So gut wie der Arzt ist, so schlecht ist die Organisation. Die Systeme stehen. Die Sprechstundenhilfen sind IMMER überfordert. Obwohl um 07:30h ein Termin angesetzt wurde, wartet man mindestens 30 - 45min. Von vergebenen Terminen untertags ganz zu schweigen, diese lassen teilweise über eine Stunde auf sich warten. Auch zum Ergebnisse oder Rezept holen, sollte man mehr als eine halbe Stunde Wartezeit einplanen. Auf die arbeitetende Bevölkerung wird keinerlei Rücksicht genommen. Die Ausstellung von Rezepten im Vorraus wird komplett verweigert. Seit der Datenschutzgrundverordnung ist man zwar da, aber hat keine Möglichkeit sich anzumelden oder seine Anwesenheit zu verlauten. Die Organisation ist wirklich eine Kathastrophe!!! Falls sich jemals an der Ordination etwas verbessert, bin ich auch bereit meine Rezension zu revidieren und mehr Punkt zu vergeben - denn der Arzt ist sehr kompetent! Very nice and very competent doctor who takes a lot of time and patience for his patients, listens to the problems and takes the fears seriously! Unfortunately, the doctor is spontaneously only a doctor of choice. The organization is as bad as the doctor is. The systems are in place. The office hours assistants are ALWAYS overwhelmed. Although an appointment was set at 7:30 a.m., you wait at least 30 - 45 minutes. Not to mention the appointments made during the day, which sometimes take more than an hour to arrive. You should also plan to wait more than half an hour to get results or a prescription. No consideration is given to the working population. The issuing of prescriptions in advance is completely refused. You have been there since the General Data Protection Regulation, but you have no way of logging in or announcing your presence. The organization is really a disaster! If something ever improves at the ordination, I am ready to revise my review and give more points - because the doctor is very competent!

Seine Kompetenz und Emphatie können nur durch seine Geduld und Freundlichkeit überboten werden. Er hat mir schon oft geholfen und ich hoffe, das er das erforderlichenfalls noch lange tut! Vielen Dank auch an sein gesamtes Team, insbesondere an seine unwahrscheinlich geduldige Gattin! I have been a patient of Dr. Reikersdorfer. He's an excellent, exemplary doctor. His competence and empathy can only be surpassed by his patience and friendliness. He has helped me many times and I hope he will continue to do so for a long time if necessary!
