Kommt sehr schnell wenn man ihn braucht und hat mögliche Ersatzteile gleich mit wenn Problem beim Anruf circa ersichtlich ist. Ein anderer Installateur kommt mir nicht ins Haus! Angefangen von unangemeldeten Wartungsterminen vor 8 Uhr morgen, wenn man noch nicht einmal fertig angezogen ist. Mitarbeiter, die keine Höflichkeit kennen, mit Schuhen durch die Wohnung und über weiße Teppiche trampeln, hinter sich keine Haustüren schließen können, sondern die Wohnungstüren sperangelweit offen stehen lassen. Über arroganten Umgang mit seinen Kunden. Bis hin zur Unfähigkeit einen Fehler bzw. eine Störung, die im 4 Monatstakt über einen Zeitraum von 4 Jahren aufgetreten ist, zu finden und zu beheben. Bis hin zu ungerechtfertigten Kosten, da bei der Firma ein Kostenvoranschlag angefragt wurde und die Firma eigenmächtig agiert und ohne Kundenzustimmung irgendwelche Ersatzteile bestellt hat und diese anschließend in Rechnung gestellt hat ohne wirkliche Leistungen und Informationen zu bringen. Die Betriebskosten unseres Wohnhauses hatten eine erhebliche Nachzahlung, mittlerweile wissen wir auch, woran es lag: Wartungsarbeiten Firma Andritz. Mittlerweile habe ich das Gefühl, dass es in dieser Firma nur einen kompetente und zuverlässigen Angestellten gibt, der sich kümmert und auch in seiner Freizeit vorbei kommt, um zu helfen.
