J	Jas Min on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum Arzt selber kann ich nichts sagen. Er ist Vertretung für meine Arzt, welcher jetzt 3 Wochen auf Urlaub ist. Ich habe sehr ungute Beschwerden, die, wie ich aus Erfahrung weiß, zu unschönen Folgeerkrankungen führen können (Harnwegsinfektion und in weiterer Folge auch Nierenbeckenentzündung). Das habe ich der Dame am Telefon erklärt. Die Ursache für diese Beschwerden können sehr vielseitig sein. Trotzdem hat sich die Dame am Telefon par tout geweigert, mir einen Termin zu geben, dass das ordnungsgemäß angesehen wird. Sie meinte ich könne mir ein Rezept abholen (ohne dass sie genau wüssten, was ich habe) und solle dann in einer Woche zur Kontrolle kommen. Ich habe der Frau am Telefon erklärt, dass ich in einer finanziell schwierigen Situation bin (ich habe EUR 40 für den gesamten Dezember, heute ist der 04.12.) und es mir nicht möglich ist, für "falsche" Medikamente Geld auszugeben. Ich habe sie um einen Termin gebeten, sodass ein Abstrich gemacht wird und ich dann 100% das richtige Medikament bekomme. Leider wollte mir die Dame auf keinen Fall einen Termin geben. Jetzt darf ich noch 2 Wochen warten, bis mein Arzt wieder hier ist und darauf hoffen, dass ich nicht bis dahin wieder eine Harnwegsinfektion oder sogar Nierenbeckenentzündung bekomme und statt eines einfach harmlosen Medikamentes dann Antibiotikum zu mir nehmen darf. Genau so sollte man mit Patienten umgehen :) I can't say anything about the doctor himself. He is the substitute for my doctor, who is now on vacation for 3 weeks. I have very bad complaints, which, as I know from experience, can lead to unsightly secondary diseases (urinary tract infection and, as a result, pelvic inflammation). I explained that to the lady on the phone. The cause of these complaints can be very diverse. Nevertheless, the lady on the phone refused par tout to give me an appointment so that it would be properly viewed. She said I could pick up a prescription (without them knowing exactly what I had) and should come for a check-up in a week. I explained to the woman on the phone that I am in a financially difficult situation (I have EUR 40 for the whole of December, today is December 4th) and that it is not possible for me to spend money on "wrong" medication. I asked her to make an appointment so that they get a smear and then I get 100% the right medication. Unfortunately, the lady didn't want to give me an appointment under any circumstances. Now I can wait another 2 weeks until my doctor is here again and hope that I won't get a urinary tract infection or even a kidney infection by then and then take antibiotics instead of a simply harmless drug. This is exactly how you should treat patients :)

R	Romona Mocanu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am sunat acum un minut și mi sa zis ca nu poate să-mi dea o programare pentru ca nu sunt pacienta ei ,dar eu de fapt asta și caut sa ma anscriu undeva sa pot sa am și eu doctorița mea dar vad ca dansa nu dorește sa aibă mai mulți pacienți.Dezgustator I called a minute ago and she told me she can't give me an appointment because I'm not her patient, but I'm actually doing this and I'm trying to enroll somewhere so I can have my doctor too but I see that she doesn't want to dance to have more patients. Disgusting
