Allerdings heute den Vogel abgeschossen! Habe am 19.10 einen Termin für meinen Sohn telefonisch bekommen für den 30.10 weil da jemand aus viel. Heute am 30.10 steh ich vor der Praxis und was ist, Urlaub! Ordination von 27.10 bis Inklusive 31.10 auf Urlaub! Und mein Termin? Weder abgesagt noch irgend eine andere Information! Das nenn ich tolle Betreuung! So far I've always been satisfied! Except for very long waiting times for an appointment and then long waiting times in practice despite the appointment. But shot the bird today! On October 19th I got an appointment for my son by phone for October 30th because someone from a lot. Today, October 30th, I'm standing in front of the practice and what is vacation! Ordination from October 27th to October 31st inclusive on vacation! And my appointment? Neither canceled nor any other information! That's what I call great care!

Dringende Fälle werden immer sofort dran genommen, für Routine sollte man schon 2-3 Monate Vorlaufzeit einplanen, aber das ist leider mittlerweile ja schon bei Kassenfachärzten meist der Fall. Very good ophthalmologist, takes a lot of time and goes out to be good at the patient's problems. Modern ordination. Urgent cases are always dealt with immediately, for routine you should plan a lead time of 2-3 months, but unfortunately that is now usually the case with health insurance specialists.

Der Patient ist gut aufgehoben und auch die Ordinationshilfen sind ein tolles Team. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. 5 Sterne wohlverdient. Top doctor, very hard working and always very friendly. Leider ist das nicht nur einmal passiert und mit mehr als einer 1/2 Stunde Wartezeit mit 2 kleinen Kindern, trotz Termin, ist das absolut indiskutabel. A good ophthalmologist, but the waiting time is an imposition. Unfortunately that didn't happen just once and with more than half an hour waiting time with 2 small children, despite the appointment, it is absolutely out of the question.

Vorsorgeuntersuchungen mit Termin. Tw. auch Medikamente erhältlich und eine Apotheke ist rund 30 m entfernt. Gut erreichbar, genügend Parkplätze (teilweise kostenpflichtig) und Anschluss öffentl. Verkehrsmittel (Bus, Bahn). Very good doctor and very friendly staff. Waiting time for a non-serious emergency can be up to an hour, but all the better treatment. Medical check-ups with an appointment. Sometimes medicines are also available and a pharmacy is around 30 m away. Easily accessible, enough parking spaces (partly chargeable) and connection to public transport. Transportation (bus, train).

Ich hatte einen Privattermin, es ist alles wie am Schnürchen verlaufen, keine Wartezeit, alle freundlich und entspannt. Die negativen Beschwerden die ich hier lese, kann ich nicht wirklich nachvollziehen... Während meiner sehr kurzen Wartezeit sind Patienten ohne Termin gekommen und - das muss man berücksichtigen - das ist eine Kassenpraxis! Ansonsten beschweren sich die ohne Termin dass man sie nicht drangenommen hat. Keiner kann alle glücklich machen. Ich bin froh dass ich die Frau Dr Grösswang gefunden habe. Ich werde sie weiterempfehlen. The best of all my eye doctor visits! I had a private appointment, everything went like clockwork, no waiting time, everyone was friendly and relaxed. I can't really understand the negative complaints I'm reading here... During my very short waiting time, patients came without an appointment and - you have to take this into account - this is a health insurance practice! Otherwise they complain without an appointment that they were not answered. Nobody can make everyone happy. I am glad that I found Dr Grösswang. I will recommend you.
