M	Michael Mayerhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis zum Begin der Coronakrise waren meine Familie und ich dort Stammkunden, dann hat sich folgendes ereignet: ich war für eine Risikoperson für ca. 8Min in der Apotheke beim CCM und dachte, dass die zu dem Zeitpunkt ausgesetzte Kurzparkzonenregelung der Stadt Mödling auch dort gelte - hatte bei der Rückkehr zum Auto jedoch einen Strafzettel der Fa. Park & Control auf meinem Auto. Habe mich sofort an die Fa. Park & Control gewandt und um etwas entgegenkommen für meinen Irrtum ersucht, was aber deutlich abgelehnt wurde. Meine darauffolgende Beschwerde an das CCM wurde vollkommen ignoriert. Daraus schließe ich, dass dem CCM Team gleichgültig zu sein scheint ob die Kunden, der bei ihnen eingemieteten Geschäfte, zufrieden sind und gehe seither nicht mehr dort einkaufen. Until the beginning of the corona crisis, my family and I were regular customers there, then the following happened: I was in the pharmacy at the CCM for about 8 minutes for a person at risk and thought that the short-term parking zone regulation of the city of Mödling, which was suspended at the time, also applied there - However, when I returned to the car, I had a Park & Control ticket on my car. I immediately turned to Park & Control and asked for something to accommodate my mistake, which was clearly rejected. My subsequent complaint to the CCM was completely ignored. From this I conclude that the CCM team seems to be indifferent to whether the customers of the shops they rent are satisfied and have not gone shopping there since then.

Parken kann man sowohl oberirdisch als auch in den Parkdecks und es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Bahnhof. Auch ein Fitnessstudio (Mrs. Sporty) und Zahnmedizin ist vorhanden. Great location, you have everything in one place. Billa and BIPA, as well as a hairdresser. You can park both above ground and in the parking decks and there is direct access to the station. There is also a gym (Mrs. Sporty) and dentistry.
