Mein Grund des Besuches war eine Mundhygiene. Carina war so nett, hat mir jeden Schritt erklärt, was sie macht. Einfühlsam und vor allem hat sie mit Gefühl gearbeitet - nicht wie andere Zahnärzte. Auch Tipps und ausführliche Erklärung über Zahnseide, richtige Zahncreme & Mundspülung, welcher Aufsatz für eine elektrische Zahnbürste, etc. Die Anfahrt von knapp einer Stunde nimmt man definitiv gerne in Kauf! Ich werde zu 100% wieder kommen! :) It was my first time with Dr. Grauf-Lang and I have to say I am really extremely enthusiastic! Great ordination, very nice team! My reason for the visit was oral hygiene. Carina was so nice, she explained to me every step of what she was doing. She worked with empathy and above all with feeling - not like other dentists. Also tips and detailed explanations about dental floss, the right toothpaste & mouthwash, which attachment for an electric toothbrush, etc. The journey of just under an hour is definitely a pleasure! I will be back 100%! :)
S	Seravin Look on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ewig lange Wartezeiten trotz Termin. Ewig lange Wartezeit auf einen Termin. Wegen jeder Kleinigkeit muss ein neuer Termin vereinbart werden. Die Empfangsdame Susanne ist sehr unfreundlich und regt sich bei jeder Frage auf. Die Ordi ist ungewöhnlich oft wegen Urlaub geschlossen. Dazu gibt es bei Urlaub auch nie eine Vertretungsvereinbarung mit einer anderen Ordination. Long wait times even with an appointment. Long wait for an appointment. Because of every little thing, a new appointment has to be made. The receptionist Susanne is very unfriendly and gets upset with every question. The Ordi is unusually often closed for holidays. In addition, there is never a representation agreement with another ordination during vacations.
