★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren zur MuKi Pass Untersuchung hier. Unsere Tochter hat Angst vorm Arzt. Alle waren super nett und total lieb. Ich bin absolut begeistert. Und sie wurde auch sehr gelobt dass sie so brav und tapfer war.

Were here for the MuKi Pass investigation. Our daughter is afraid of the doctor. Everyone was super nice and really nice. I am absolutely thrilled. And she was also highly praised for being so good and brave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuschend!!! Leider hat das gesamte Personal keinerlei Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Kindern. Es herrscht immer ein süffisanter Unterton. Nach einem unpassendem Kommentar und der Tatsache, dass keine Untersuchungen vorgenommen werden ohne das eingetropft wird, haben wir die Ordination verlassen und werden auch nicht wieder kommen. Leider gibt es keine 0 Sterne.
Very disappointing!!! Unfortunately, the entire staff has no empathy when dealing with children. There is always a smug undertone. After an inappropriate comment and the fact that no examinations are carried out without it being instilled, we have left the ordination and will not come back. Unfortunately there are no 0 stars.

Eine absolute Frechheit das man seine Patienten so behandeln kann.
Nicht nur die Empfangsassistenten, sonder auch der Arzt schieben sarkastische, beleidigende und zu tiefst unpassende Aussagen, das ich meinen Ohren nicht trauen konnte!
Nie wieder! Und kann nur jeden Empfehlen sich einen anderen Augenarzt zu suchen!
The most unfriendly doctor I've ever seen.
An absolute impudence that one can treat his patients like this.
Not only the receptionists, but also the doctor push sarcastic, insulting and deeply inappropriate statements that I could not believe my ears!
Never again! And only anyone can recommend looking for another ophthalmologist!

My son had the MK-Pass eye examination with Dr Hagn today. The whole team was very kind and empathetic, so that it went without any tears. We recommend!
