Nach geschlagenen 3 Stunden warten (mit Termin) teilte Sie mir mit, dass es keine Therapiemöglichkeiten für meinen chronischen Tinnitus gäbe. Als ich weinen musste, machte Sie mir durch die Blume klar dass ich nun gehen soll. Verheult lief ich aus der völlig überfüllten Praxis. Später erfuhr ich, dass es sehr wohl Möglichkeit zur Therapie gibt. Vielen Dank Frau Pointner, dank ihrer Hiobsbotschaft hab ich über ein Jahr Quälerei hinter mir! I am unfortunately very disappointed .. Ms. Dr. Pointner examined me for my tinnitus. After waiting for 3 hours (with an appointment), she informed me that there were no treatment options for my chronic tinnitus. When I had to cry, she made it clear to me through the flower that I should go now. I ran crying out of the completely overcrowded practice. I later found out that there is certainly a possibility of therapy. Thank you Ms. Pointner, thanks to your bad news I have been tortured for over a year!

Nachfragen aufgrund des Zeitdrucks nicht erwünscht - diesen Eindruck spürt man ganz eindeutig. Tja, liebe Frau Doktor, in punkto Kommunikation müssen Sie wohl noch 5 Felder zurück!! Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen und werde sicher nicht nochmals dort hingehen. Do any examinations / allergy tests and in the end you get no info to the thing, which is why you go. Demands due to time pressure not desired - you can feel this impression quite clearly. Well, dear doctor, in terms of communication, you must probably still 5 fields back! I can not recommend it and will certainly not go there again.

Frau Dr. Pointner ist sehr professionell, schnell und höflich vorgegangen. Keine unnötigen Verzögerungen. So stelle ich mir einen Arztbesuch vor. Without an appointment after brief consultation with the doctor. Clean and well-kept, very friendly staff. Miss Dr. Pointner was very professional, quick and polite. No unnecessary delays. That's how I imagine a doctor's visit.

Die Sprechstundenhilfe könnte meiner Meinung nach ein bisschen an sich arbeiten, um besser mit Patienten umgehen zu können. Die zweite Sprechstundenhilfe, die ältere Dame war hingegen sehr freundlich und bemüht. Im großen und ganzen hat es dennoch gut gepasst, und ich würde Dr. Elisabeth Pointner weiterempfehlen. despite appointment have to wait a long time. Dr. med. Pointner is very nice and hard-working. Can handle my assessment well with children. In my opinion, the receptionist could work a little bit on himself in order to be better able to deal with patients. The second receptionist, the elderly lady was very friendly and hard-working. All in all, it was a good fit and I would like to thank Dr. Recommend Elisabeth Pointner.
