Az asszisztensek türelmesek, a kellő empátia is megvan bennük, ahhoz, hogy mindenkivel megtalálják a közös hangnemet. Az orvos néha siet, hatalmas a praxisa/vannak helyzetek ahol fordíthatna pár perccel több időt a betegre. A family doctor who is humane, attentive, regardless of ethnicity! The assistants are patient, they also have enough empathy to find a common tone with everyone. The doctor is sometimes in a hurry, the practice is huge / there are situations where you could spend a few minutes more time on the patient.

N	Nikolaus Karas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schätze Herrn Dr. Bleimschein sehr, war als Kind oft dort und Dr. Bleimschein ist auch immer noch mein Hausartzt. Doch eine der Ordinationsassistentinnen ist extrem schnippisch und unfreundlich. Ich wohne zwar nicht mehr in Gunskirchen, habe aber wegen einer telefonischen Krankmeldung angerufen weil bei mir in der Nähe (impfbedingt) alles überlastet ist und man telefonisch nirgendwo durchkommt. Sie hat mir gleich vorgeworfen ich würde nicht die Wahrheit sagen und, dass es garnicht sein könne das keiner abhebt (was natürlich kompletter Blösinn ist) anstatt mir einfach normal mittzuteilen, dass eine telefonische Krankmeldung nicht möglich ist. Ich verstehe , dass man (besonders in so einer Zeit) vielleicht nicht immer ganz freundlich bleiben kann aber ich war absolut höflich und dann so schnippisch und von oben herab zu reagieren ist indiskutabel. Später hab ich übrigens nochmal mit einer ANDEREN Assistenin telefoniert und die Dame war sehr freundlich. Das obere bezieht sich also auf eine Person und nicht die ganze Ordination. Diese eine Dame die so unmenschlich mit Patienten umgeht sollte vielleicht über einen andere Job nachdenken ;) I appreciate Dr. Bleimschein very much, was often there as a child and Dr. Bleimschein is still my doctor. But one of the ordination assistants is extremely snappy and unfriendly. I don't live in Gunskirchen anymore, but I called to call in sick because everything in my area is overloaded (due to the vaccination) and you can't get through anywhere on the phone. She immediately accused me of not telling the truth and that it couldn't be that nobody picked up the phone (which of course is complete nonsense) instead of just telling me normally that a sick call by phone is not possible. I understand that (especially at a time like this) you may not always be able to remain completely friendly, but I was absolutely polite and then reacting so snippy and condescending is out of the question. By the way, later I called another assistant and the lady was very friendly. So the above refers to a person and not the whole ordination. This one lady who treats patients so inhumanely should maybe think about another job ;)
