★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider noch nie alles benötigte bekommen. Bestellen tun sie einem dafür alles. Lange Wartezeiten und leider teilweise keine fachliche Kompetenz. Dann lieber etwas weiter fahren, dafür nur 1x.
Unfortunately never got everything needed. Order them for everything. Long waiting times and unfortunately no professional competence. Then rather drive a little further, but only once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meistens war alles sofort verfügbar was ich brauchte aber die Wartezeiten für manche Dinge waren ärgerlich. Aber Sachen wie Octenisept, Nasivin oder andere für Erkältungen, Entzündung o.ä. Ist auf alle Fälle immer meine erste Anlaufstelle, wenn ich eine Apotheke brauche, da auch die ApotherInnen immer sehr freundlich sind.
Most of the time everything I needed was immediately available, but waiting times for some things were annoying. But things like Octenisept, Nasivin or others for colds, inflammation or the like. In any case, it is always my first point of contact when I need a pharmacy, as the apotherms are always very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeiten von 30 Minuten sind keine Seltenheit. 6 Bedienplätze wobei größtenteils nur 2 besetzt sind. Im Hintergrund sieht man dagegen mind. 3 Angestellte umherlaufen und keiner kümmert sich um die wartenden Kunden.
Obwohl über 5 Personen auf Bedienung warten putzt das geschulte Personal lieber die Regale.
Der Kunde ist König, nicht der Putzlappen!
Die Bedienung ist TOP, nimmt aber pro Kunde zum Teil viel Zeit in Anspruch.
Waiting times of 30 minutes are not uncommon. 6 operator stations with mostly only 2 occupied. In the background you can see at least 3 employees walking around and nobody cares about the waiting customers.
Although there are more than 5 people waiting for service, the trained staff prefer to clean the shelves.
The customer is king, not the cleaning rag!
The service is TOP, but sometimes takes a lot of time for each customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie wollten mir ein homöopathisches Produkt verkaufen, ohne es auch nur zu erwähnen. Als ich um richtige Medizin bat, bat die Dame um Hilfe von ihrem College. Wirklich enttäuscht.
They wanted to sell me a homeopathic product without even mentioning it. When I asked for proper medicine, the lady asked for help from her college. Really disappointed.
